Need a slide show exact same style as

Images loading followed by ‘ bounce’ of colour sliding up with text on it. Six – ten images in rotation. Absolutely vital it loads smoothly without any pauses, glitches, jumps or delays.
Exactly the same as example given. Flash or other – whatever the sample is created in. Thanks

I need a flash/xml EXPERT to clean up the flash slide show part of my new website.

I would like to:

-Get rid of the background in the flash file
-Get rid of the black bar with word “TEST” along top and slide the entire frame up (frame size: 840×349)
-Replace “Details” with “Full Screen” (button should look like details)
-Align “Video Controls” (on slide 6) with the bottom right edge
-When in Full Screen mode, get rid of “null” in the bottom right corner
-Fix the 2 to 3 second loading delay at the beginning when the page is opened and fix the loading bar which seems to be missing
-Get rid of any other non-functioning elements that were cropped out, but are still in the background slowing down the slide show

Ideally, I would like the slide show and full screen option extracted and placed in a new file without all the other unnecessary functionality that is slowing it down.

We are looking for a flash application just like the one at www.clip-share.com on the top of the page.

Scope of project: 750×200 Flash Banner Size. User can click on the next button showing next slide until final slide appears. The final slide will contain three buttons (instead of the two like www.clip-share.com has) and centered. We do not want the equally sized buttons to take up 100% of the width – meaning we want some space between outer edges. These buttons will contain individual links to a page on our website.

I want the option to edit a .xml file to control how many slides we can add or take out before last slide with option buttons(experienced web designer, no experience in creating a Flash app however)

I want to be able to change the text on the 3 buttons and the links. The idea situation would be to have an .xml file to edit that contains the source code <a href=”/product/demo/”> so that I could add “target” or other options in the <a href> tag.

The color and text of the button should match our website www.dabuckchannel.com (orange tabs)

We are looking for fast turnaround as this should be a fairly simple flash app to create.
