I have a business that features online spokespeople and I would like to have the video first preload before playing. To get an idea of what I am talking about you can visit: http://www.vspworldwide.com/testimonials.html notice on the left hand side you will see Loading (13% of 53kb) or something.

I have the source file and will needed it coded in AS3 and I need to be able to open it in Flash cs3. I will need the fla file back to use as a template for other productions.

I need a Flash animation expert to make one high impact Flash video now. But upon approval of your video you may be invited to join our team of video producers as we require around 500 videos per year. We shall pay $20 for this one video, but of course, we shall seek discount if we have a contract for bulk videos.

The video required now is 2 to 3 minutes long, and is inspirational in nature, with words flying around and photos moving, sliding, zooming, spinning, etc. (photos must be of high resolution). The video is exactly sized at 640 x 360 pixels, but must still be of excellent quality when played full screen.

Music background and photos is to be sourced out, selected, and utilized by the Flash designer. The Flash designer should use his creativity to develop a highly compelling and inspiring video with IMPACT. The more HIGH ENERGY the video exudes the better.

The words on the sample video are too small. Make all words larger for added IMPACT. All words to be UPPER-CAPS for added IMPACT.

The sample video is too short, please remember to make it at least 2 minutes minimum and 3 minutes maximum.

The sample video has a long silence in the end. Avoid silences or pauses in the beginning and end. Music to begin at the exact start of the video and end at the exact finish of the video.

This video must START and END with a 2 to 3 second slide that fades in to and out of the video at the START and the END. You can use SPECIAL EFFECTS for this slide. The slides always state these words (centered up-down and left-right). The copyright symbol is to be the correct round copyright symbol (“C” inside a circle):

I need a really good Flash designer who can build me a few Flash players. These SWF players should play FLV videos (Flash version 7 and under, at least).

Note: I have the source code to similar players I’ve had designed in the past. I could provide you with this, but there are a few bugs in the code, and things that I’d like changed.

I need these players to have the same features as this one, plus the features I describe below:

The variables that are passed in the sample video code:
1) path=FLVVideo.FLV
2) buffersize=3
3) startauto=true
4) redirect=http://www.google.com/
(if there is nothing after redirect=, the video shouldn’t redirect)

All players should have:
1) Bar showing how much loaded
2) Thumbnail feature, passed in variable, like ?thumbnail=thumb.bmp
Thumbnail should be shown if video doesn’t autoplay.
3) Big “play” button in middle if the video isn’t playing automatically. (EXCEPT for player #3)
4) A sound clip (I will provide) that will play on mousing over a button. Sound should be disabled if “sound” variable passed on to the player is “false”

As for design, I’d like a variety of color schemes, but a lot of normal colors, like gray, black, white, etc. Beyond this, I’ll just trust your design skills.

If you could send samples of any previous Flash work (especially players) that would be very helpful!
