We are doing a project similar to a Business Card Designer.
We have a product that has a front and back that we want customers to be able to personalize.
Customers must be able to upload, resize, and move 2 images (one for each side.) This must be easy and intuitive, because the consumer may be a novice computer user. If the image is too large for the artboard, shrink the image to fit the artboard to make it easier for users. It must have the ability to easily resize and move the image to fit inside the template.
Able to add at least 2 blocks of text per side, and place it in the template. Have a limited selection of colors and font styles to keep it simple. Allow font sizes to be changed.
Once done, customers must have the ability to print it themselves for free, or have the option of us printing it, for a nominal fee. Allow them to select the quantity and provide billing, shipping, and credit card information, which would be stored to a database or flat file with encryption for the credit card number and expiration date. It does not need to be duplexed

A custom flash banner that needs to be of a very high level in terms of design and functionality.
The banner will be required to rotate to show multiple images (about 10) using a multitude of effects to give an elegant feel.
The banner will also be required to have text on top, using a typing effect.

I need a flash banner, well kind of a banner it’s bigger, about 700px by 250 px. The sample that I’ve attached has a database look up but I don’t need that, I just need a map and icons like they have in theirs.

I currently have a very basic but effective text editor on my website http://custom-graphics.co.uk/shopping/shop_text.php that allows someone to type some text in, set the size / font and then buy it, but I need to develop the online purchasing across all our products.
Therefore the final code will be used in a couple of ways.
i) Straight forward sign making – i.e. A blank size needs to be set e.g. 800mm x 600mm with the option to do pretty much what logomaker does, select from some established designs (or possibly upload their own(?)) and add some text and then checkout, ordering 1 or more of their chosen design on a designated material.
Therefore the code must be capable of pulling images and fonts from a DB table. I need to be able to categorise the images, work out the price based upon the size of the sign and images used (I already have equations for this), as well as the material the sign is to be supplied on if required at all.
ii) Instead of setting a blank sign size, they would pull up a background image from a DB to work over, i.e. a vehicle outline so they could design in scale either with text or other graphical images from our DB or even upload their own(?)

All our images can be supplied in a vector format, the end user will need to be able to change the colour of the background image, i.e. if it was a vehicle outline of VW Golf, they should be able to make the car red or green or black etc and then design over the top of that.
Ideally I would like their design sent to me as vectors in scale so all we have to do is produce the sign, and not redraw it again.
I have quite a lot of experience working with DBs and will therefore probably manage all the data side of the website, I need a programmer to make the links from this DB into the flash(?) design interface, and make the clever stuff like logo designer work.
You will probably need to PM me for more info, however please bear in mind I would prefer to work with someone in the UK so we can speak on the phone if necessary however email is fine and I have completed projects before just via email.
The budget for this job is not huge however I appreciate it is quite a lot of work unless you have something already we can tweak.
I am also prepeared to do this in stages if it means we can get code online and working quickly, so get stage 1 done and then look at stage 2 later.
I will also need to see examples of your work before I place the job, so please none of this short reply… I am ready PM or… we have 10,000 people ready to work on your project.
