Design small flash element on website for bar chart

I have a simple flash design that needs doing for me i already have design front end and backend just need flash expert to make it happen. Basically simple job for expert.
My current designer is on holiday and unable to finish current project until gets back so was hoping someone could do it in the mean time. dont contact me with anything other than a bid or question about a bid.

I am looking for anyone who is proficient in flash 8 to flash cs4. I need a redisgn of a flash animation that has two steps to it. The first is a tri-fold folder that unfolds. The second step is, after the unfolding, one can highlite areas of the unfolded folder when the mouse goes over the buttons. Please see the attached swf for an example.

We require the following for one of our client’s (it is a website relating to upmarket garden houses)

A custom flash banner that needs to be of a very high level in terms of design and functionality.

The banner will be required to rotate to show multiple images (about 10) using a multitude of effects to give an elegant feel.
The banner will also be required to have text on top, using a typing effect.

I need a flash banner, well kind of a banner it’s bigger, about 700px by 250 px. The sample that I’ve attached has a database look up but I don’t need that, I just need a map and icons like they have in theirs.
