I need a programmer who has experience in Flash AS3 programming. The project is to develop the game similar to Warlords (http://www.steelpanda.com/content/game-warlords-call-arms) but with space wars theme.

There are 8 different unit types in total. The game also has similar Shop screen where player can buy stuff (additional unit types and upgrades).

The bidder must be familiar with movie clips and animation in flash in order to incorporate the artwork.

The selected bidder will be working with our project manager who will explain our code guidelines and will help to get the job done, including detailed code design and programming help.

I need a person familiar with Flash As3 programming for a simple job.

We’re developing a flash game and need another programmer who can program in-game menu logic.

The logic is quite simple: there are houses (game entities) and the menu which is assigned to each house.
When player presses certain button in the menu, some additional movie clip is set to visible state in the house.
So the house is a set of many small icons and when you press the button – those little icons are set to visible state.

The buttons should check also money logic, so if money is not enough – certain function will be called. And also the small upgrades have simple animation (appearing) so you have to write something like this:

And set the Stop(); on the last frame within the small clip.

If you’re familiar with movie clips and AS3 it’s a very simple task.

There are two types of houses and about 30 upgrades for each house. So you have to make two very similar menus (with different buttons). You will be provided with the detail description and all artwork (houses, menu sketch, button, upgrades) for the job.

Please provide SAMPLES OF WORK IN FLASH AS3 to show me your skills.

an swf that grabs a pic from localpc and display as backgroundpic. Then swf will read mysql db every 2 seconds to check for incoming text data. If new data is present, then show it on the screen (scroll it). New data is entered into db manually via httpGET like http://server.com?prefix=123&comment=IloveU.

So swf will scroll text like this:
123: IloveU
3454: this is so simple
653: a quick 15 minute job for a good coder
342: pls bid low coz this is a quick job

use flash10 coz it allows local pc file access.
Also need like www dot buzztime dot com/games.html trivia flash.

Because it is so simple and quick, you can probably post the demo for me in PMB and i buy it off you.
