I need to create a 7 second flash intro for a website with something similiar to the below (still to be finalised)

1)The logo will be graffitied across the wall in black and white
2) As the two dancers appear, the rainbow colour will go through the logo from left to right (the spotlight will change according to the colour which is in the “o”.
3) THe dancers will do a 2 second animation dance ( it is simple but needs to look realistic)
4) the spotlight will grow and contain the word “enter the site”

I need an experienced and talented animator for the above to look very professional and attractive.
