I need someone to fix it.

I have virtumart installed for a website. People are able to add a billing address but not a shipping address. I need for them to be able to add a shipping address too. I get an error message saying “Error, something went wrong while adding the new address.” Also, the “Save” and “Back” buttons on that page look weird.
Should be simple for someone who is familiar with virtumart.
