Fix Signup Form

I have a site that has a signup form, and I need a few modifications done to it:

-I need it to check every required field, right now it only checks some things.

-The username should only contain alphanumeric characters, no symbols, punctuation marks, or spaces.

These changes should be very simple.

Php Fix Signup Issue

A site www.alohahits.us has a signup issue

You can not signup it states the turning number is incorrect yet it is not and tells you to re enter it but no submit button

This is also for referrals

I need you to fix the script and also send me back the files that you have changed as this will be the same issue for all sites that have been installed so i can simply change the files with the corrected files.
