I get this error that prevents certain plugins from working correctly. I have Googled the fix, and it seems easy enough, but it is beyond my skillset. the error is:

SQL:

When I log into my site’s admin panel and I try sending newsletter to all my members inbox I get this error:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /home/public_html/classes/mysql.php on line 90.

Also, I get quite a few e-mails stating that members are not receiving letters in their inbox, could you please verify the code and double check to make sure that when I click “Send Advertisement” from the admin panel that every single inbox receives the newsletter?

Ok..so here’s what I need:

I have a website topweb dot ca.(I use NetClassifieds script)
You will have to:

1.Fix upload pictures problem or create/install a new module.
Since a change of host, my customer can’t upload picture with their adds. (see http://www.topweb dot ca/newitem.php) (user:will pass:step)

2.Modify this page http://www.topweb dot ca/edititem.php
So that the customer can edit their listing title, description, price and add pictures.

This should be very easy for someone who know well php/mysql.

My wbsite is in french so if you speak french this would be a big plus..if not I don’t mind doing the translation.
