Ajax tooltip does not work correctly under IE. It works as it should under FF, Chrome etc. but not IE.

Need a programmer to fix an Ajax problem that we are having on our site.
The problem is that when we use ajax to display a page, the ajax within that page being displayed stops working. When we display the page that contains ajax within a popup menu, all the ajax functions work properly.
