I need a basic program made that will do the following on Windows Server 2003 firewall.

The program must:
*be able to detect if an IP address is attempting to connect to the same port multiple times within a certain period.
*Automatically assign the IP under IPsec to be blocked by the server
*Allow us to configure it so we can determine the amount of connections from an IP per time frame (in minutes)
*Be Able to work under excessive amounts of traffic.

I would like to have my firewall, iptables, configured to allow for yum updates and curl from php. Full shell access can be provided. Right now the only way I can get either application to work is if I allow all tcp and udp output which is what I do not want.

I have a wordpress website in which the goal is to plot on a googlemap the lat and long of ip addresses from firewall logs. I am using geomashup to plot the pins and postie to receive the emails from the firewall.

What I need is a script – plugin,etc that will parse the ip address from the firewall logs, make a call via an api(maxmind’s, etc.) and return the lat- long values to the geomashup plugin for wordpress. using the (geo_mashup_save_location)shortcode.

Server is FC9 (Non-GUI)

I need to use this server for Caching-Proxy-Firewall.
I can install Squid for caching+Proxy, but I need someone to do the Firewall stuff as below.

We have 5 different broadband ISPs and 20 PCs.
I need a setup which will route packets of:
4 PCs via ISP-1,
4 PCs via ISP-2,
4 PCs via ISP-3,
4 PCs via ISP-4
4 PCs via ISP-5
The script should be flexible to allow changes of which PC goes thru which ISP.

I also need packet prioritization:
VoIP (TCP/UDP) packets to get highest priority.
All other traffic lower priority.

I believe LART should help for both the above.

The above setup should not obstruct squid cacheing & proxy services.
