Fix Look In Firefox Browser 2

There are 16 additional themes in my WordPress blog that are having differences in look between the FireFox browser and the IE6 browser.
Mostly, the differences lie in the top menu bar portion, and sometimes ,to a small extent, also on the blog post portion where some lines are longer than usual, for instance.
So, fix for the look inconsistency in the Firefox browser, using the look in IE6 as a benchmark to follow.
Programmer needs to know:
where in the admin area to edit the css codes
(note: recommended that programmer has IE6 installed on his PC so he can check corresponding looks between IE6 and Firefox browser easily)
