Hi, i am looking for a Design for a website for a fire protection company. has to be simple easy to update and attractive and modern layout.

This project is about a small PHP script that calculates ones Universal Element based on the year of birth.

First the user enters their birth details on a form (must be validated – all fields required):
[Year of Birth]
[Month of Birth]
[Day of Birth]

When a user sees the form, in the input boxes there must be the current date and from there the user selects its date of birth.

After that the PHP script calculates the Primary and Secondary Universal Element for that person and shows it on the webpage along with some possible description.

Here’s the format it must be showed:

[You are a: Chinese_Sign]

[Your Primary Universal Element is: PUniversal_Element]
[PUniversal_Element_Description]

[Your Secondary Universal Element is: SUniversal_Element]
[SUniversal_Element_Description]

Where:
Chinese_Sign: The person’s Chinese sign determined by date of birth (look below) e.g. Dog
PUniversal_Element: The person’s Primary Universal Element based on the date of birth e.g. Wood
PUniversal_Element_Description: The description of the Primary Universal Element
SUniversal_Element: The person’s Secondary Universal Element based on the Chinese_Sign (look below)
SUniversal_Element_Description: The description of the Secondary Universal Element

First the script calculates the Primary element (based on the year of birth) and the Chinese sign of the user. Then it calculates the Secondrary element based on the Chinese sign. The data for the calculation is pretty straight forward to understand and follows later on this text.

My question is: Can this be done without the use of a MySQL database? I will prefer the programmer who will be able to do this without a DB..

Also I prefer to install the script myself on the server, so a readme file is required from the programmer with instructions on how to install the script.

A building is on fire. Windows will show which units are on fire. Fireman is in charge of putting out the fire.

How to Play
User will touch on the units that are on fire.
Fireman will then put out the fire.
Think of the game ‘Hit the mole’ but this scenario is putting out fire by touching the on the windows.
