I have purchased a website template that needs some fine tuning. I decided to swap out the images and added my own text in place of the placeholders.

I need someone to “tighten” up the look by performing the following tasks:
1. Align the text fields in my opt-in box so there is a margin on the left side before the box.
2. Add the source code for my autoresponder.
3. Adjust the rest of the text on the page, e.g., font size, positioning, reducing the spacing around the text in the text boxes, etc.
4. Add content connecting to the link at the bottom of the page where viewers can read the privacy policy.

I have a magento store with custom code. On a bundle item the problem is when clicking add to cart is it not transfering the selected options from the drop down bundle options so when you click add to cart it arrives in the cart with the standard default items.

This was working perfectly fine but stopped when some programmer was fixing something else.

I need it fixing. thanks

Note it works perfectly fine in IE8. I’ve not tested IE7 or Chrome but I assume its fine in them. It does not work in Mozilla so this is what needs to be fixed.

I would like to update a bit the http://joom.aviaprice.com some of the content.
This should be light change without anything deep.

Aim is to give more life, more dynamism, more eye tracking, more eye catching, more colours and some lighter shapes. Currently site is boring

1 – General Header : Insert the attached picture on thr right side of the header.. make is smooth. (I will provide picture)

2 – Navbar :

– Navbar color background should be gradient and same blue then header
– insert 1mm white separation between the header and navbar
– insert a white separation between each link (take inspiration from www.aviaprice.com)

3 – Between navbar and search form.. keep some 1 or 2cm space for a commercial and sexy Welcome text “

4 – Search form :
– Not sure, but perhaps increase font by 1pt and make it Arial
– The search button : make it red and enlarge it a little bit (40 %)

5 – The middle 4 boxes:
– Double header size (longer)
– Delete internal gradient blue lines
– Increase text by x1.5
I dont know yet how to make these boxes better – I count on your creativity..

Overall, the whole work should take few hours – it requires creativity and fine tuning. This is a detailed oriented job.

I have a website with PayPal buy now buttons.

Everything has been working great for over a year.

Now my customers are having a problem.

They add item to cart, pay through paypal and receive a confirmation that they completed the purchase and even a confirmation email.

The problem is that their card is never charged, I am never notified that they tried to purchase anything, and the email confirmation says it is from 1969 (the year) and the transaction ID is 0.

Now here’s the strange part – Some customers can check out fine and some have the error above.

I have even confirmed it myself by placing 2 orders. On one the order was fine, and the other had that error.

Maybe it is due to one order being placed from IE and the other through Firefox.

I have a javascript set up to add insurance to their order if they want it. It has always worked fine so I don’t think that is a problem but it could be.

I will not give FTP access until you find the problem. You can make a local copy of the page and test it yourself. Once you find the problem and show me that you can fix it, I will give you FTP access to the site and you will need to fix ALL of the buttons.

Expand image to text using Highslide and Expression Engine

I’m trying to make an image expand to show an entry in an Expression Engine weblog field (it would be text, a photo, or a video clip). There is an image of a tree, with fruit and leaves. When one of the fruit or leaves is clicked on, it should expand and display the text or photo. Two parts of this are now working just fine: (1) When I click on the fruit or leaf, it expands to show another image. So the Highslide program is working as it should. (2) When I disable Highslide, and click on the fruit or leaf, it opens another page to show the proper weblog entry.

The problem is that I cannot get Highslide to function in that final step.

The two leaves are working fine, because that is the normal way to use the Highslide program. A small image expands to a large image. What I want is that the small image expands to show the contents of the Expression Engine weblog entry. This could be text, a photo, or an embedded video. It will change depending on what the particular entry is.

I have made all the code available on my expression engine site, so the person working on this will be able to make all the changes directly on the site to make the leaf or fruit expand properly. We took a site of ours and cloned it to another domain, everything went fine and works fine except when we add new products.

When a customer adds one of the new products to the shopping cart it shows an item was added in the cart except all the product details is missing including the price.

Older products that were already in the database work fine.

This should be a quick buck for a quick fix.

Like to have it fixed today if possible.

Using the SQL CREATE statement, create the following two tables using the following fields:

Note: Supply the SQL Server data types when creating the tables. In the Employee table, create an Employee ID field that will generate a unique number for each employee and designate the field as the Primary Key. In the Job Title table, you will need to either utilize one of the listed fields as the table’s primary key or you will need to create an additional field to use as the primary key. The primary key from the Job Title table will appear as the foreign key in the Employee table.

The problem is this:
The new and improved “zoozoz” version that we made works great in Firefox, Safari, etc., but for some reason, it no longer works in Internet Explorer. When it’s loaded into IE7, it doesn’t work right at all — images don’t show up, it’s not centered, etc.

I bet there’s only one or two lines of code on our new version that are wrong or need to be changed. For someone with a good eye, this project could be a quick one.

I have a web page application that has a chat Ajax stuff and is updated in realtime and does certain functions. The script is done and it works fine.

However, lately there are a lot more users trying to use the app which is fine. But when 10+ users are on the same page the server reboots. Something isn’t right.

I’ve tried a dedicated server, high end VPS (quad core) & will be going back to a much better dedicated server.

I would like to hire someone to tweak PHP & MySQL & dedicate the server to serve this page to 100+ users Maybe 200 users at the same time.

I can show you how it works & it works fine with a few users. Again, when 40+ people hop on, everything crashes, the pages don’t load & the server reboots.

I am thinking it might be the MySQL simultaneous connections or maybe the AJAX stuff. Maybe I can replace the timers I am using now with Java ones? Or perhaps the app has a loop I am not catching?

Either way, we need to stress test it & figure out what is wrong asap.

I need help in fine tuning a css & javascript (Spry) horizontal navigation menu. I have the menu, images and most of the CSS setup but am having problems laying it out on my site in the exact spot that i need (could be a position attribute issue). The images are 40 px high but only some of it shows and not the entire picture. This is probably very simple for anyone who understands CSS and CSS inheritance principles. Seeing the HTML and the CSS should make it much clearer of what the problem is (preview the page and you’ll see what i mean, it’s not live so I can’t put a link here).
