I would like to collaborate with some solid apple iphone and ipad design and developers please that have created previous Electronic Medical Record apps, who have knowledge and experience with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality. My goal is to take my current forms, make them usable on the iPad (with drop down menus, check boxes, or free text fields) mileage calculation to people’s homes from 1 location, initiation of the camera or photo album or videos for photos. I’d love for a field to open up in a consent doc. that a client could sign with a stylus. I’d love to be able to email clients forms and efax a doc from within the program. I’d love for the program to be able to create a client list and possibly have some or all of this info automatically populate some of the data to another statistics page.

This isn’t going to be a graphics intensive app at all. I have looked into the option of filemaker pro, but I wanted to know if you could come up with another option that is usable on the iPad and possibly other tablets as well.

We are seeking a freelance developer who can take on a medium-sized development job, starting in September.

This is what we want to create:

We have a filemaker database (with a user interface) that has been running for a few years on a local machine. We want to build on it by enabling it to be used online, replicating the existing interface as a PHP driven web page, with separate, password protected accounts, each with their own database.

For now, we plan to serve this thing ourselves (ie a mac mini in my home, with a web server and filemaker pro running on it). Once the website is designed, I will take over the day-to-day database and website maintenance. We may move to collocated hosting later on if traffic volumes justify it.

This is what we will need from you:

A website that replicates the functionality of our existing database, and uses the FileMaker PHP API to talk with our existing database. In addition, this web page will need a “front door” page that asks for a username and password. Since I will be taking over the website maintenance after you hand it off to us, the code needs to be super clean and well commented. I’d prefer if you used Dreamweaver as your IDE, as we already own a copy of this. Creating this website may require minor additions to our existing database (perhaps creating some new hidden layouts to be used as an interface for the PHP API).

We will engage you no later that September 5th, and we’ll want the site ready by October 5th.

Send me an email requesting a copy of our existing FileMaker database with dummy data. In your email, include a link to another PHP driven database with a FileMaker back end that you have designed. This is important!

Once you receive my reply email with the database, please look it over and put together a price proposal. The database has quite a bit of built in functionality, so take your time looking through it. I’d like your price proposal by Friday, August 12th.

I want to enhance my filemaker 10 data with google maps … ie:
Currently I show dynamic map in FM web viewer for a given address (parent record).
I wish to implement a work flow enabling additional clickable , custom markers (child records) including info & optional picture. Polylines would be great as well.

A draggable cursor with zoom control is desired but static map would be ok such as;

It’s the precision placement of child record with custom markers (location editing) that I’m not sure how to implement.

I have about 2K (parent records) and anticipate an average of 4-6K (child records)

pushing data to Google “My Maps” would be ok as long as it doesn’t violate Googles Use Agreement.

I don’t own FileMaker Server but do have a MobileMe account with Apple and PHP supporting site with SBC Global (with 15MB at no add cost)

I intend to utilize a GPS camera which will provide L/L and have messed with various apps for post geo tagging of photos. Clumsy at best.

Hello, I’m looking for specific design & functionality updates to a custom law enforcement reporting database (designed in FM 9). 25 Users create reports (Standard Incident Reports, BIA Serious Incident Reports) each with its own custom report layouts. These Users have custom permission sets. i.e. Users cannot view each others reports, Supervisors can view all, Captains can make changes and delete records.

The solution runs on a Windows environment hosted by Filemaker Advanced Server 10 solution. Disable startup script from file options this will unlock status area and layout browsing.

New features will include the following:

I have a filemaker file created, with around 8 fields, along with an image preview field/container. I have a csv file, with a certain amount of products. Also, I have a folder with images. The image names match the product ID’s, from one of the columns in the csv. I know how to import the product csv, to filemaker. But, I need to find out how to import the images, so that they match up with the right products. I would like to pay someone to help me figure out how to import the images so that they match up with the corresponding product files.
