I need a software that will act as a downloader system for my file library of products. The downloader will be installed in my customer’s PCs and from the downloader, they can select files they want to download from the library.

Simply put, I upload files to various servers and webhosts trough the Admin version of the software, then my customers get notification that new files were added to the library via their client version, then they see the list of the new files and click download if they want to download it.

The details of the program requirements is in the attached file entitled ‘SWL_Software.pdf’.

If possible we need 10 to 15 days for the project.

Freelancer required to develop an existing Joomla based file library system.

Current Joomla library component being used is Mosets Tree. This needs expanding to allow a private series of corporate sub folders only visible after a user from the company in question logs in.

Users must be able to upload files to the database.
System must allow company administrators to be assigned to moderate the uploaded content via the front end before allowing the content to be added to the library. Currently when a file is uploaded by any user an email notification is sent to the website administrator. This needs amending to go to the assigned company administrators.

No Joomla back end access is allowed for the company administrators. Everything must be access via the front end once logged in.

Website administrator (me) should be able to:
1. Assign a private library space for a company (a set of users categories by a group)
2. Assign company administrators for the company/group
3. Delete or modify the above

Company Administrators should be able to:
1. Moderate uploads by their company/group users
2. Receive notifications when new uploads are added
3. Add modify or delete subfolders in their private library area

All the above is already possible as a back end website administrator of the site. The work required is to make it possible to hide private libraries from the public domain and restrict access whilst allowing manipulation of the private areas from the front end by company administrators.
