Buy Sell Trade — Multi-vender Mall

I would like to use Joomla to create a Star Trek Buy Sell Trade multi-Vender Mall.

Venders will sign up for free trial and then if they like it after x amount of time can pay a monthly or annual fee set by admin. Or at their option they can choose to pay a commission to the mall admin for all items sold.

For example: We might have a monthly flat fee of $2.99 per month or an annual fee of $29.95 per year or a commission of 10% of all items sold. 3 Plans…chosen by the store owner.

There is no limit to the amount of merchandise a store owner can sell.

Items need pictures, descriptions, shipping amounts, price of item. Option to accept trade (if a buyer clicks on trade…send info to seller about the trade option) and a button to make offer.

The Stores will be created by the members…including any templates. Each store owner can set their own categories, etc. Store owners set their own payment options, paypal, credit card, check, etc. I would like to offer a generic template for free or provide several templates for a fee and offer custom template creation for a flat fee.

Buyers will be able to buy an item or offer a trade. No shipping details are provided until a trade offer has been accepted or a sell has been made.

Must have a search feature…
Store owners name their own store…

For a flat fee store owners can have their store banner rotate on the right side of the page…

For a flat fee store owners can have items rotate on the front page…

For a flat fee store owners can have items show up exclusively on the front page (Do not rotate)…

These fees set by admin.

More details can be discussed. If a programmer has a similar script they are willing to provide or they can easily do something with Joomla…I would take a look at those. I have a multi-vender script that perhaps could be modified. I do not want the added expense of creating something from scratch.

I currently run a sports video sharing website using phpmotion (version 3) and would like to incorporate fantasy sports within my site. I would like to have a http://www.fanduel.com clone incorporated within my current website and use my members database. You can go to the site and play around with it to see what exactly I’m talking about.

Conecpt: Draft a fantasy sports team of athletes in either the NBA, NHL, NFL, or MLB and possibly a concept mix of the sports. Once you complete that draft you can either challenge a friend, a random member or allow us to automatically assign an opponent. Each entry has an entry fee decided by the individual who’s making the challenge and that entry fee has to be accepted by the opponent. The fee’s will range from $5 to $50 most likely.

The competitions are shorter in length, usually a nights or days worth of NHL, MLB, or NBA games. In the case of the NFL, they draft a team for the entire week. The winner is decided by a points system assigned to goals, assists, shots, touchdowns, catches etc depending on what sport. If the entry fee was $20 then the winner takes all meaning $40 (essentially winning the opponents entry fee), minus a small percentage taken by us.

Need to have admin control to input player statistics, player names, injury reports etc. A payment application, most likely pay pal for users to deposit and withdrawal money.

Will help if you have knowledge/experience either playing or building fantasy sports scripts.

WHAT I NEED:
I need a PHP script of a Modeling Agency/Portfolio type site. Similar to http://www.modelmayhem.com or www.Newfaces.com If you already have a demo, please send it. We may be able to use it/modify it and save you time.

The website script will consist of a User management/profile system where Models, Actors & Photographers can visit the site, sign-up and pay a yearly/monthly fee via PayPal to have a searchable Profile on the site.

Each profile will have a different yearly fee and different profile options (like number of photos allowed to upload & layout template). To start, I need only the following types of profiles:

Build a site from scratch using .NET MVC. Idea is clients come and post job listing and upload resource files. Providers can then all download the files and create their best version of the project. Client then picks Top 3 best then pays the final fee, which percentage gets paid to the winning providers.

Clients pay small posting fee for projects, then a finalization fee. Providers have a small yearly membership fee for access to the jobs.

We bring the jobs and the job seekers together and get a small cut :)

I currently run a sports video sharing website using phpmotion (version 3) and would like to incorporate fantasy sports within my site. I would like to have a http://www.fanduel.com clone incorporated within my current website and use my members database. You can go to the site and play around with it to see what exactly I’m talking about.

Conecpt: Draft a fantasy sports team of athletes in either the NBA, NHL, NFL, or MLB and possibly a concept mix of the sports. Once you complete that draft you can either challenge a friend, a random member or allow us to automatically assign an opponent. Each entry has an entry fee decided by the individual who’s making the challenge and that entry fee has to be accepted by the opponent. The fee’s will range from $5 to $50 most likely.

The competitions are shorter in length, usually a nights or days worth of NHL, MLB, or NBA games. In the case of the NFL, they draft a team for the entire week. The winner is decided by a points system assigned to goals, assists, shots, touchdowns, catches etc depending on what sport. If the entry fee was $20 then the winner takes all meaning $40 (essentially winning the opponents entry fee), minus a small percentage taken by us.

Need to have admin control to input player statistics, player names, injury reports etc. A payment application, most likely pay pal for users to deposit and withdrawal money.

Will help if you have knowledge/experience either playing or building fantasy sports scripts.

Etsy Clone With Extras

We are looking for a clone of www.etsy.com with a few differences. We like the look and feel of etsy but would like it to have its own similar layout, but not identical.

This would be a multi-user platform, where people can sign up to sell their items for a set price.

I would like there to be a function for another user to make a ‘best offer’ if they do not like the listed price, and for the lister of the item to be able to accept, reject or counter offer.

We need a feedback system in place, as well as a private messaging system so users can contact each other with questions. A forum would be nice, but not 100% necessary.

Users would need to register a credit card or paypal account for their listing fees to be taken. Also, when a user sells their item, the buyer should be taken to paypal to complete payment. Ideally, the clone should be able to recognize that the payment has been made.

As far as the shopping aspect, it is important for us to have drill-downs – for example suppose we have a category for band merchandise, the shopper can first choose the band name, then the product, then color, size, etc. (see below)

Users should also have the option to easily renew their listings. Standard listings will be active for 15 days, we want them to be able to double the original listing time for a slight discount. (For example, you can list for 15 days for .30 or 30 days for .50)

And we would also like to have featured listings available to users for an upcharge. This means they would be listed on the front page for a block of time for a set fee.

Finally, we would like to have an option to easily add some sort of advertising to the site. We aren’t sure that we will use this, but maybe!

Paypal Referral Fee & Payment

PayPal – BUYBUTTON once someone purchased an item and provide an email of whom referred them, an automatic payment of $1 dollar is to be sent to the referral. Can this be automated?

Commercegate Integration

Hello freelancers ,

I need to integrate a new credit card processor for my membersite. I have already got made a registration system where members are registrated and choose the package they want to buy. The package contains of a signup fee and the months after a recurring fee. The package the user choose must be linked to the payment that is processed at CommerceGate.
I need a very simple admin interface or file on server to set the amount of fee for package 1, 2,3, 4,5 and the recurring fee for these. This setting might be done in Commercegate.

The commercegate is open and ready to be integrated into my site , I only need a good programmer to do the job .

I would prefer to use a programmer that have experience with CommerceGate and that can implement the solution within one workday. Refrence work is wanted.

Current OS is LINUX, PHP Perl and PostgreeSQL

What does integration means ?
- integration of callback URL into the system (CG will send some infos about the processed transactions . Those inputs must update my users database , so the site will know which member has bought what package and update it online.
– integration of callback URL into the administration interface . There is a transactions list that must be updated with every purchase . It will contain , name, address, email, member type, payment and date and time of payment.
It must be possible to sort the list in day, week and month. And possible to save list in format suitabl to be imported to excel.

I have a client who needs a Real Estate portal website, here are his exact requirements:

“This project is specifically concentrated on apartment rentals in all of Canada, with most likely banner adds from companies catering to tenants such as, moving companies, pizza restaurants, paint stores, schools, ETC.
Basically I would want to keep it very simple, landlords should be able to log in and place their add for a monthly fee, I would approve the add and it would automatically load-up onto the site once approved, the rental add will be bilingual (a program can be purchased), landlords can choose to add photos if they wish, each photo for a small fee maximum of 3-5.
potential tenants can surf this site freely to find an apartment in their chosen area(s), they can set-up alerts via email and texting, (a small fee may apply from their service provider), to be advised when an apartment becomes available.”

Inventory Program

Part 3

Modify the Inventory Program by creating a subclass of the product class that uses one additional unique feature of the product you chose (for the DVDs subclass, you could use movie title, for example). In the subclass, create a method to calculate the value of the inventory of a product with the same name as the method previously created for the product class. The subclass method should also add a 5% restocking fee to the value of the inventory of that product.

Modify the output to display this additional feature you have chosen and the restocking fee.

Part 4

Modify the Inventory Program to use a GUI. The GUI should display the information one product at a time, including the item number, the name of the product, the number of units in stock, the price of each unit, and the value of the inventory of that product. In addition, the GUI should display the value of the entire inventory, the additional attribute, and the restocking fee.

Part 5

Modify the Inventory Program by adding a button to the GUI that allows the user to move to the first item, the previous item, the next item, and the last item in the inventory. If the first item is displayed and the user clicks on the Previous button, the last item should display. If the last item is displayed and the user clicks on the Next button, the first item
should display.

Add a company logo to the GUI using Java graphics classes.

Part 6 (Final Part)

Modify the Inventory Program to include an Add button, a Delete button, and a Modify button on the GUI. An item added to the inventory should have an item number one more than the previous last item.

Add a search button to the GUI that allows the user to search for an item in the inventory by the product name. If the product is not found, the GUI should display an appropriate message. If the product is found, the GUI should display that product’s information in the GUI.

Whmcs Customization

Hi there, we need some customization on our WHMCS as following:

1 – Exempt domains ending in (dot BR) from being charged, domains dot BR has to be free, and do not generate invoices at 0,00. We are currently using the bonus system (promocodes) to exempt these domains, but it generates the 0,00 invoices and email of payment confirmation, since the invoice is 0,00. We need another solution to exempt domains ending in dot BR then using the bonus system. So we could use the bonus system for what it is for. It probably can be done with CUSTOM HOOKS.

2 – Set “owndomain” (I will update my nameservers on an existing domain or I will register a new domain) as default (radio button selected) on the cart.php and let it selected even after the search for the domains availability.

3 – Change the way how LATE FEES are applied, currently the system adds only one price or percentage in only one time we need the system to add every single late day a late fee, and sum everyday with the past one, ex.: late fee is $1,00 per day, if the invoice is late 23 days, the late fee will be $23,00. As I already explained in other msg.

Project goal is to integrate either Vtiger or SugarCRM with Joomla 1.5

The project should be completed in less than 3 weeks.
We will provide a Windows 2003 server with Joomla installation and another server with Vtiger installation.

When placing a bid provide a couple sentences description about how you are planning to implement the project and provide at least one reference to a previous vtiger implementation that you have done.

The finished project is intended for a membership website and shall have the following functionality:

1. In order to become a member of our website and create an account a new user must buy a membership. The membership purchase should involve a one time initiation fee plus a recurring monthly membership fee which should be charged automatically. Please note that because of the initiation fee the first month charge will be different than the recurring membership amount.

2. The purchase should involve a three step process:
—- 2.A. Client arrives to a welcome page containing a form to enter client’s Email Address, First Name, Last Name and a Phone Number. Upon clicking the submit button client’s information is entered into Vtiger and the client gets redirected to a sales page (described below).

—- 2.B. The sales page shall contain an offer and a form to enter credit card information. The client’s name should be carried on automatically from the previous page to the sales page, without the need for the client to re-type the his name again.

—- 2.C. Upon clicking the submit button on the sales page the client’s credit card gets immediately charged and client’s information is captured into Vtiger together with the transaction ID which will be returned by the payment gateway. The Vtiger payment gateway module is available from http://planetauthorize.com/vtiger.html. We will provide the module. We can also use any other payment module or gateway such as for example Authorize.net.

—- 2.D. After the purchase client gets redirected to another sales page which contains only an offer description, price information and a submit button. The credit card information should be carried on automatically in the background but should not be visible on the page. If client clicks the submit button his credit card gets charged again for a pre-set amount, in the background, and then he gets redirected to another sales page.

—- 2.E. After making the first purchase (2.C.) the client shall receive a thank you email which will contain a new username and a password to our website.
Also, after making each additional purchase the client shall receive additional thank you email.

3. The recurring monthly billing should be done automatically until the client cancels his/her membership

4. No credit card information shall be stored on our server. Most payment gateways provide data storage functionality such as for example http://planetauthorize.net/customervault.html

5. Administrator shall have the option to cancel the client’s membership in Vtiger and refund an amount entered manually by the administrator.

6. The website is finished from the design point of view but the project will require editing some HTML and implementing forms.

7. The code must be documented and have installation instructions so we can reinstall it if needed and develop it further if necessary.

Paypal Payment Form

Hi

I need a form that will collect data such as name, address, phone number, age, member number etc and then if age is over 16 to continue to Paypal to pay a fee. When the fee has been paid by Paypal a file with infomation will need to be sent to that member.

If the age is under 16 then it needs to be able to print out the completed form for being sent in by post with cheque.

The data will need to be logged in an admin part with the confirmation that the member has paid his fee. I would prefer this to be done without a database being needed if possible.

It would be nice to set up an Admin backend that had all members and there details present so that they could be emailed.

I know there are a lot of scripts out there that would probably do this, but i haven’t got the time to do it. You are welcome to use one of these scripts, but it does need to do as above.

There may be a few things that have slipped my mind but they will be small stuff.

The site that this is going onto has been created but not my me so will need to be fairly stand alone.
