I have a working installation of Asterisk 1.8 on Cloud server with Centos 5.6, with Freepbx 2.9, Webmin and A2billing last version.

My plan is to sell bundle packages (no calling cards), so I need some customizations, like A2billing integrations with Authorize.net Gateway, integration with features from freepbx like follow me, IVR and editions of Voicemail, etc.

Eventually I want to install WordPress for ease the design part, but I would like to integrate with a2billing too with just one login.

Additionally, I need a Fax solution integrated, it could be Hylafax, but need the interface to allow customer to login like web to Fax, and fax to email. A2billing again handling the billing part for the FAX feature.

Also, some recommendations to harden the Asterisk server.

I have my Voip provider who has an API to use for some features.

- Fill out a form online: form open to any body

- Upon clicking submit, convert the online form to pdf document, then save to a folder using first name underscore last name underscore date (information from the form (john_doe_03092010.pdf)

- Using a batch file, cron job, or whatever, send a fax to a predefined fax number using the pdf document and associated jpg file (john_doe_03022010.jpg). jpg file would already exist.

- Basically, send a fax with 2 attachments (the pdf and jpg files)

The above is what we want to do, should you have a better method/solution of creating and sending the fax with the attachments, you can use it for the project.

I have an application written in Microsoft Visual C++ version 1.51 (DOS). I wrote this app many years ago. It uses a database structure that is customized so there is no documentation.

It uses an Intel Satisfaxtion Fax modem card that must run in a DOS machine. It cannot run in DOS inside windows (after 3.1) because it reserves physical memory. This card uses standard CAS 1.0 for file formats, etc.

I would like to eliminate this card and move to running my application in a DOS command window on a newer machine. Later the app may be rewritten to something else, but I need a quick fix for now.

My application

Tomorrow (18. of February) there will be the possibility for sending in a fax at a time (synchronized with NTP server) and the first valid fax, which comes in at a special company will be successful.

Can anyone provide here a possibilty to send in faxes to a german number at a specific time? It is expected that there will be sent hundreds of faxes and only the first one wins, so I think the best is to send more faxes at the same time.

Faxes will be sent to a local German +49 number and will be recieved by a fax software, which also can be tested.

You can use a drupal or joomla tempalte I can give you but really the client has made all the pages (or most of them, so the template may not be applicable for this) They made all the pages in as psds. So you won’t really have much design work to do at all. Just chop up their psd designs and put it in. You do have to make the signup page. They forgot to do that.

The company has teamed up with a fax to email company. So they program is there it just needs to be put on the site. Sort of like putting in a plug in.

I would like to enable anyone with a standard fax machine (paper) to have their important documents faxed, then archived into a secure database. This is a program and service for people that don’t know how to scan or don’t have a computer.

I need assistance with ALL of the steps below:

Flow is like this:

1) Client calls toll-free number (I can take care of getting the number), or signs up online (I need a website for this), to receive a free fax cover page with unique barcode (the barcode is their account information. I don’t have a barcode generation sotware).
2) The uniquely barcoded cover page has categories, as follows:
(Addresses, Banking, Credit Accounts, Educational Records, Employment Records, Health Records, Housing Records, Insurance, Inventories, Transportation, Personal, Taxes). They will also have sub-categories, of which I will provide later.
3) The client receives a toll-free fax number where they send the cover page and accompanying document(s).
4) Once received by the server at a data center (I need the server software written), the fax is automatically routed into a database and “filed” under the customer’s account, then the sub-category they chose on the fax cover page.
5) The client can review their stored faxes via the web or by calling a toll-free 800 number.

I have a US Patent Pending on the previously mentioned flow but I’m looking for a reliable and affordable programmer to help me get it done.

Note they will initially use a Drupal template they will buy. You will need to modify it likely a lot. It’s just the starting design point for the site, it’s not how the site will look in the end. I think it’s better to start off with a template then just making a design from scratch. Anyway that template and all will obviously need to be installed right away or when the project has been completed.

I currently have an internal directory of over 10million business fax numbers that are at least 1 year old. I am looking for as many new fax numbers as possible. If you are able to identify that hte number is less then 1 year old, great, if not, no problem, I will just scrub against my internal list when I recieve the records.

The site with the most accurate data is http://www.infousa411.com. They do not show the fax number by defautl when searching for a business. For example if you search for “Restorative Health Care”, in San Antonio, TX, you will get name address phone etc.. but no fax. If you search for 210-734-4426, the business will show up and identify that number as the fax, and not show the phone number.

Other potential directories are yellowpages.com and yellowbook.com. Our main interest is the fax numbers (we do need the business name address and category too). We would like an additional field of sic code which you will convert from the category. You can get a list of sic codes here www.siccode.com

Please let me know me know which site you are able to get the data from, and what fields you will be able to extract. We only want records taht have a fax number.

One page only. Mainly to Europe and the US. No personalisation. We would prefer to provide a PDF. But MS Word is also possible.

We would like have an app similar to ifax, for serving the local area with our email2fax facilities.
The app should just like a simple “web form-to-email” with some filtering rules + BD lookup
The mechanism is simple.

when the app launch, user login to their account
lookup the login to our mysql DB at our server and reply his remaining credit.
if the credit is positive, go ahead with the fax form:
1. fill the recipient’s name & fax number
2. add a subject
3. type the fax message
4. add a photo from library (optional)
5. See the preview of the fax
5. then send. (the method will be sending a email to faxnumber AT ourdomain.com)
6. deduct the credit from this account.

We also need an interface for:
1. user to change their password,
2. check their remaining credit,
3. Buy extra credit with in-app purchase

We also want to have a filter and a ban-list fax number(as a file inside the app) to prevent users from sending fax to 911, IDD fax or other unwanted numbers.

We have graphic designer to do the graphic work, just tell us what’s the pixel size requirement of each elements will be good.
