What we would require from you is an extremely deep insight and expertise on these games, up to a level whereby you could produce strategy guides for them.

We don’t have any specific projects at the moment, but we want to get someone on board who is capable of producing good quality work for us in return for an AWESOME wage!

The last time I posted this project the chosen programmer gave me huge problems, delayed and delayed until it was long after the estimated completion date. He stole my money and refuses to refund it. Because of that, I will not pay for any work up front – all payments will be provided upon completion of the job from game earnings. You make the game with my ideas, we both get paid. Simple as that.

I am looking for a person, or team of people who can not only develop a nice flash game compatible with Facebook but also who are willing to proceed in a partnership. I do not have all the funds to pay a developer up front to design the game ideas I have so what I am looking for is a developer who is willing to be paid their asking price out of game profits as the game gains paid users online.

I am thinking that the initial project would be essentially making a Farmville clone type game but with big changes to the way a user pays to play, what they get when they pay as well as big changes to certain game play aspects. I would like this game to be playable both on Facebook as well as perhaps on it’s own independent site as Farmville is.

If possible I would like to have this game have an admin control panel for adding or changing things such as crops, animals, trees, etc.

If you’re willing to get paid as the game makes money until your asking price is paid, then I want to hear from you. I’m certain my ideas can make a good game and make some money, so let’s make some money together. here some more informations:
the frontent have to be apear like a game .. but the big difference is that in the background everything players do, will be executed on a real farm.

the product will be just 2 .. and a few of taking care items .. just like in farmville dot com

but much smaller as the products are much less.
there is no need for backoffice nor processing systems.
all i need is someone can make the frontent in Flash (the part the player will see)

this have to include the complete Artwork, a small introduction and the flashbased processing (dialog boxes and transfering the data to a database or HTTP Requests)

We are looking for PHP programmers who can program our games without totally screwing our players over because of there total inabllity to program.
We recently had over a half a million players screwed by our current programmers on a quest to retreive a Hot Rod Seeder.
Now we don’t have a fix to correct the problem and our customer service staff is blowing off everyone who got screwed, because they don’t give a flying <expletive> on whether our players achieve the rewards they earned or not.
We enjoy putting out updates that keep our players informed that we can tell them anything we want but the truth about our networking and software design issues.

but the basic functionality will be almost the ssame.

just with the difference that it will have MUCH Less features.
