Looking for some facebook TARGETED fans for our urban music site. These fans should be gathered from urls we provide.
Fans should be real people and primarily from ethnic group we designate. Fans should be added in such a way as to not get our page banned so you must be very familiar with facebook protocols.
Please provide evidence of your experience. Please show me a similar project you have completed for reference. Please let me know your predicted time frame for completion and how you intend to get the required fans
