Simple Facebook Iphone App

I’m interested in having 5 caricatures created of American founders (George Washington, Thomas Jefferson…). I’d like those caricatures to be used in a simple bobblehead for Facebook & iPhone. In addition to the head bobbling, I’d like them to give a random 30 second speech. (Each caricature will have 3-4 of its own speeches and when the app is played I’d like it to randomly pick one.)

I’d also like to link them to an external website which I’m developing.
