i would like to create a apps for Facebook

In this Apps we make this:
1.The client must make a subscription to one website that we put in the apps the banner
For that we need that the apps work with sub ID because after we must check if the client make or not subscription
2.After the client invite all his friend to our apps
3.After that we make verification we say to the client if win something
To do that we fixe 20.000 ticket and we say that we have 5 ticket that win ( Ex. ticket 1489 or 2890)

I am looking for someone who can make/design a dating app for facebook, it is to be a stand alone app (no website)it should have all the features of a standard dating site

it will be free for users to use.
In order for them to send messages, they have to pay a mthly subsription fee.

it must have a two sections :
1, for users to rate photo’s of other facebook users just like hotornot.com

2, dating section to meet other single users

also it must a method of inviting/requesting friends to join.

Need a facebook application to do the following

- Clicking an image(or the app logo) will randomly select a friend (of opposite sex, if possible)
- The app will then ask the user questions like, “Where would you take “XYZ” (selected friend) for a first date”
- The app will then post a message on the friend’s wall about this and will display the message when the friend adds the application. (or possibly without adding the application – yet to be decided)
- An ability to create a question bank will be needed for admin (outside of facebook)

Its a simple application so please provide reasonable bids.
