Need software in php to allow user to upload a photo of their face and to replace a blank area of a server side image with their face. This would work very similarly to a site already on the web – search for face hole in google to find!

This would work like this:

1) User uploads photo of their face
2) Generate low res image replacing blank area of server side photo with face from uploaded photo.
3) Allow user to resize and move their face until happy using realtime image editing screen.
4) Generate a small image (e.g. 800×600 pixels)
5) Generate a high resolution image e.g. 8mpx

The Referral Program
If someone refers a person to me I give the referral a $50.00 or 10%discount whatever is greater for mentioning the referral, and I give the referee $50.00 or 10% as a commission whichever is greater.

Each and every time the referral uses my services from then on the referral will continue to get a $50 or 10% discount whichever is greater, and the referee will continue to get a $50 or 10% commission whichever is greater. Basically a residual income.

Referees cannot be switched once entered and confirmed by the referral.

I spoke with PayPal today and they said they have a payment solution called Adaptive payment option. This allows me to get a payment, and the referee to get a payment commission once the referral pays their fee. A site that offers a similar payment system is Fiverr.com

The Process and Face book
I want someone to be able to go to my site and login using their Face book Account. Once they login they can upload their tax information using a secure upload interface portal. Once their return is prepared they will make payment. During their payment process they will be asked who referred them sort of like a promo code box. I want them to be able to select from their face book friends their referee or enter the referee’s email address. The referee cannot be the same person as the referral (please let me know suggestions for this).

Once a referee is selected I want the referral to get an adjusted $50.00 discount, and I want to have the selected referee to get a face book post or email from the referral saying that their $50.00 is ready to be withdrawn once the referee pays.

In addition I want the referral to get a face book post saying they just used tax fantastic CPA’s to prepare their tax return.

The Referee can then log into my site using their corresponding face book account, or email address as provided by the referral and see their balance is sitting in their back office account. They then input their PayPal information, and confirm that they want their referral bonus sent to their PayPal account. The transaction will be noted in their back office at this time, and monies sent.

the program is suppose to work this way:
1. take high-quality photo( have done this )
2. find faces( with opencv, have done that part already myself)
3. compress facial areas with high-quality JPEG compression and the rest of photo with low-level. First you need to create a compression map. Values in the map range from 1 (lowest quality) to 100 (highest quality). 100 – face area, 90 – area just near a face, 80 – area near a face, 1 – everything else.

I have an existing face recognition code but the problem is that it checks faces in images for a match 1 at a time. This makes it very slow. I need additions made to my code that will make it faster at detecting faces. I will have a folder of images and it needs to find the matching image out of many images quickly.

I need a face recognition solution that will find a matching face quickly that I can implement into a web service. I already have a face recognition web service created using a face recognition SDK I have but the problem is, when looking for a match among many images,(over 1000) in a specific folder, it takes a very long time because it checks each picture 1 at a time.
