Get a Freelance Job

I have a .php script that allows me to choose when posts expire. Unfortunately,it does not allow posts to NEVER expire. Also, the menu is able to be seen by normal users, which I do not want.

I would like the attached script to be able to be modified to do the following:

1. Take away the post expiry menu for users (not admin!)
2. Make an option for posts to never expire

I am willing to pay up to $30 for this to be done, as it is very simple and should only take 2 hours maximum.

We’re using JoomGallery ( attached ).

In Admin it has 2 image upload functions ( single and batch ).
Need a field added called “Expiry Date”.

Admin can select a Date and images must be automatically UNPUBLISHED on that selected date. The Date field should automatically be default 3 months ( 90 days ) ahead at time of upload. ( but admin can manually select date as well )

PROJECT TITLE: Perl to MySQL & Expire/Activate

- I have a perl script that writes beautifully to a data file. (works great).

- I’ve already created the MySQL table and have the info to connect to it.

I want to write the same data to MySQL on my server ALSO from this same Perl file. I will give you Temp FTP Access and Info.

2. (Needs work)
Card is set to expire in x days and must show “ACTIVATE” for 7 more days then gets deleted.

3. (Needs work) ACTIVATION.
User fills out the email and ID of the card they wish to activate.

The activation link will be sent to the original email address in the card.

This will allow the card to be active for 1000 days.

I need to have two loops on my category pages. The first loop should display posts that have not yet passed their expire dates. The second loop should display posts that have passed their expire dates. The expire dates will be pulled from a custom field and are in the format “9/17/09″.

If this project goes well, we will definitely be contacting the programmer for future WordPress projects.

I would like to modify the drupal node expire module for uc_auction. My goal is to alert the seller when the auction has expired with no bids. In the email notification, I would like to include a link to relist the item for an additional ‘N’ days.
