Today we are looking for an extremely skilled CSS programmer to convert five (5) PSD concepts to strict, validating CSS. This job has a unique feature that will utilize a rotational script (that we have and will provide if necessary) that changes the layout and backgrounds randomly by calling different versions of the style sheet. That means all design elements MUST be controlled by CSS, including images and graphics. We’re attaching flattened, scaled down examples to get an idea where the design is headed, but this is just the first designs of more to come, so it’s extremely important that each CSS version stands on its own!

I am looking for a wordpress & css expert to help me get my site looking how I want it to. I have a plugin that can auto embed in the files. I need someone to be able to modify the theme I have and some parts of the review plugin to give a better overall look and feel. Basically hard code the plugin as auto embeb sticks the plugin in wierd places. There are a few Css tweeks needed too.
It should be fairly easy, looking for good communication skills & a quick start. This is re listed due to lack of communication with the last programmer.
