My server is centOS with exim 4.69

when i send email broadcast,
only hotmail/msn/live go into the junk folder.
yahoo, gmail, aol are ok

when i ask microsoft support,
it said my IP are filtered based on the Microsoft SmartScreen

I have a dedicated server which I use to host a few websites. I use directadmin to manage this server. One of my scripts on allenmurrow.com sends an email confirmation which ended up being blocked by several destination servers so I tried to make a few dns changes to “fix” the problem. That didn’t work so I decided to move allenmurrow.com to a different ip address on the same server. In directadmin, i had to create a different reseller account and assign the new ip to them. then delete allenmurrow.com from the other account and create a new domain, allenmurrow.com on the new account. this didnt work either so i deleted it and added it back to the original account. I also messed around with /etc/exim.conf to try to have it listen and send on multiple ip addresses but that didnt work either. now I can’t receive any mail on the server. I can send email, but not receive. please help restore my email and help figure out how to have the outgoing mail not be blocked by certain servers. Thanks.

I want to send bulk emails (opt-in) to my list of about 100k users. I have got Interspire Email Marketer and Exim installed on my dedicated server with cpanel. I am also able to send emails thru IEM currently BUT I am not sure whether they will hit recipient inbox or not so I need following work to be done :

1. The freelancer MUST be a master in system admin (linux) and MUST have ability to fix errors in Exim and IEM

2. IEM and Exim is working excellent currently, I need ip rotation function to be configured.

3. The ip rotation function in Exim, and SPF records needs to be created in a way that will avoid all anti spam filters and the email MUST land in recipient inbox.

Please note, My main purpose for posting this project is to send e-mails into INBOX of recipient, So, if this aim is not achieved, the project would be treated as failed.

I only have ONE condition to get this work done : I will NOT give my server access to anyone at any point due to my sensitive data on server. The person will need to guide me to activate the function of ip rotation (and to create SPF records) to send bulk mails through IEM via Exim.

Once the work is done, I will require 3 days to check the functionality of the system before making a payment. Payment would be done via any method you choose. I am open for all payment methods.

We have a dedicated server with centos as OS and Exim as mail sender.

we want to use this server for bulk email sending and looking for an expert guy in bulk email sending that take a look at our server configuration and guarantee all our emails will not go in SPAM.

Currently some settings such as MX, SPF and DKIM Proxy are done but for some reasons some emails goes to SPAM.

We are looking for an expert guy to help us resolve the issue.

I am building up a professional email service provider and i look for developers experienced with Exim and deliverability issues in general.

My current set up works fine, but when i try to up the output speed (30k to 60k mails / hr), i get a very high bounce rate.

So i am looking for the most appropriate tweaks in Exim config files to achieve maximum output speed, while maintaining bounce rate to a minimum.

Can anybody help ?

Hi, I have a server that I had cloned that I need to relay email through another server using exim and smarthosts.

it’s basically just editing one line to make sure the ip of that server is in there.

I think the command is
dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config

but i’m not to experience with this so I rather have an expert do it.

Owner of an e-commerce site, I am setting up my own system to send out my invitations and newsletter to a massive list of custies, prospects, subscribers…
I have already put together numerous bits of the whole system, but my current bottleneck is improving the MTA part. In the current configuration i use Exim on a relatively small dedicated server solely devoted to run Exim (database, list management, message writing, etc. all this is taken care of on another server).
I achieve 20.000 mails sent in an hour.
I believe this is poor: I should reach 100.000.

I found some ways of tweaking the Exim config on Google, this is confusing, thus I need :
1. advice
2. someone who will be able to do the set up quickly in SSH interface.

Any Exim expert out there ???

PHP and Asterisk are not sending out emails. System is runing exim and I do not know how to fix. I have root access to server.
