Domains/.htaccess/ssl
I have WHM/cPanel on a dedicated server with Hivelocity hosting. I need an experienced developer to go in and do the following tasks:
NOTE: We have multiple sites. The site in question is in a sub directory, not hosting root.
DOMAINS
I have 5 or six different domains that need to be pointed at this site. The main domain I want to use is DANIELCHAPTERONEFREEDOM.COM. In other words, I want all other domains to be redirected to this domain. EXAMPLE: HEALTHFREEDOMFIGHT.COM is one of the domains. When we are done, when someone goes to HEALTHFREEDOMFIGHT.COM/EXAMPLEPAGE, I want them to be redirected to DANIELCHAPTERONEFREEDOM.COM/EXAMPLEPAGE. In other words, when they arrive at EXAMPLEPAGE, I want them to see DANIELCHAPTERONEFREEDOM.COM/EXAMPLEPAGE in their address bar. I want all additional domains to do this also. This may be able to be done with a wildcard?
SPLASH PAGE/.HTACCESS
There’s a splash page located in websiteroot/introduction. When a visitor goes to DANIELCHAPTERONEFREEDOM.COM, instead of reading the index file in the websites root, I want them to be taken [with .htacces?] to the /introduction dir. NOTE: I don’t want this to be done with a redirect, because it will mess up links to my site.
SSL CERT
DANIELCHAPTERONEFREEDOM.COM has an SSL Cert. It’s installed on the server, but it’s not working right. The last step needs to be to get that SSL cert working right.
