Asos Dot Com Exact Clone

Hello,
I am a new small clothing company needing a clothing ecommerce site. I would like an exact clone of ASOS.com, including there clothing catalog and payment system. I need to be able to manage new items of clothing with pictures, prices, sizes, colors and sytle number through an admin panel.
If it works exactly the same as ASOS.com I will be happy. I’m sure a lot of you have these types of sites sitting around. The most important thing is that it looks so similar that you couldn’t tell the difference.
