- Client locates event
- Client selects seats from interactive Seat map (Reserved Seating) (seating map must chow real time availability and the different sections within the venue)

- Tickets are added to shopping cart (expires after X amount of minutes (visible to the client)

- Client Pays
- Tickets are shown to the client in PDF form and emailed to his her email address

Back End

I would also like an upload button for each of the images on these pages next to the browse option. I want there to have to be at least one image active at all times for the flash xml if possible with an intuitive error message if you deactivate all of them.

events.php (front-end): If there are ever NO events and/or announcements, there seems to be an error. I would like to hide the content and errors if there are no active items in the database. I would also like for there to be a default image to be displayed if no image is specified for a specific event or announcement. This can be hard-coded if needed and does not need to be managed in the admin panel.

We are trying to measure our annual workload, across our clients. The input file lists events that occur seasonally for each client. Each client + season + event_type combination has certain tasks associated with them, and those tasks queue off of the events to start and end. So, for instance, we might build invoices (we’ll call it ‘task_1′) starting 14 days after event type_A occurs at a client, and ending 3 days before the next event_type_B at the same client. Each task has specific rules for which event_types they queue off of (see: “Task Rules” below). This is what I want to know: On a given day of the year, how many clients are we performing task_1 for? How many clients are we performing task_2 for that same day? etc.

Requirements:
* IMPORTANT: Please optimize your code for readability, rather than efficiency–I don’t care how slowly it runs; I need to be able to read it. I have some programming knowledge, but please err on the side of simplicity and modularity.

I’m looking for a calendar that will appear on my web page where visitors can submit a form to schedule available events that need to be listed on the page. The admin should be able to create/edit/delete the events, event dates and times, spots available and paypal deposit amounts which will be required on some of the events.

The events created by the admin should appear listed next to the calendar where they should have a ‘More info’ button which when clicked will show all details of the event (admin controls the details and if more info is required) and can be booked from there. The calendar should show how many openings/seats are available for each event and will automatically change as they are booked or made available. If the event is full, then the calendar will show the event as unavailable.

I am not opposed to a modified open source application or even in wordpress which is what the site is. But if you do use an open source solution I will want to know which one you are considering before you are selected.

Its pretty simple but I am looking for experts who are 100% sure thay can do that (if you fail in the middle of project I will post honest feedback as that means you are not an expert and should not have bid on this project. Sorry, but I just had too many timewasters who bid and do noy finish)
It will be events site, where people email me their organized events and I publish them as blog posts. Main thing – events should be active and inactive after their date. For instance if I post and event and select date september 15th it means that it should stay in active category untill 15th semptember and then automaticly transfers to “past events” category. I saw similar plugins for that but could not find exact one. Its possible either to code this thing or edit some similar plugin. Its up to you.
Events have option to be filered by city/region.
“Post your event” button simply leads to the page where I explain them how to get listed. They will simply email me their event details and I will publish blog post. So do not wory – other users will not post events, its as simple as they email me and only me publish all events.
Username login/password register thing – I need people to register on my site so that I could send them emails (using email users plugin). And only registered users will be able to contact events organizers (non registered users will see “register or login to see contact details). Thats why I need them to register. Other than that registered users don’t have any privilleges, no commenting, nothing. So again not too complicated.
For banners – widgets and some banner plugin maybe.
Inside page of each event will be simple (as the little ones you see on home page, just expanded to bigger size with more details like “event date”, “event type”, “event category” etc and whole info text + maybe few photos)

100% w3 valid + cross browser compatible. No IE6 needed, but at least the design should hold its structure on IE6 (meaning top navigation should be still on top and not at the footer. Or left sidebar should be on the left and not in the middle etc etc )

I suspect i have my divs wrong somewhere on this file. Someone who has worked with integrating the events calendar into a wordpress theme would be great.

I have a software that uses php based and smarty template engine. it has a very clean code as I am programmer myself and did clean code. will also help the vendor to do the things on the right area.

What I need for now is this

The sells tickets for events which are listed by the admins or producers.
When the visitor is on the event details page, I want a list of facebook friends to be displayed on that page so the visitor can see who from his friends have already bought that events tickets.

There will be a second phase of this project which I would like you to do too and that will be a simple application on facebook platform where we will want our site to post the events automatically once created on the site. It has some more details which I would like to discuss with the right person.
