- administrative user signs in and goes to screen where they can enter user e-mail address or username:
- if present continue, if not register the new learner/registrant
- select course (dropdown)
- selects evaluation from amongst choices for the course and enter learner evaluation
- select certificate template for the course to be used and generate certficicate
- System records evaluation information and populates completed activity table.
- 2 new reports to be generated.

What are the design issues and functionality issues that a customer may experience when visiting our website. This is not about search engine optimization. It is more about onsite marketing and ability to close the sale. The website will be posted in the message board.

We are seeking the development of a site very similar to www.3rdpartyfeedback.com We are seeking two main additional features (a) an evaluator module that allows our evaluators to register, complete a brief profile, login, then complete and submit standard online evaluations; and (b) multilingual functionality (We’ll provide content translation). The default language will be English and we’ll want two additional language selections. We strongly prefer development in Drupal but might consider a PHP solution. Bidders must be prepared to initiate work on project immediately and provide daily status updates to assure timely project completion. This is a re-posted project, and we’re seeking for a responsive developer that can begin immediately and meet our spec criteria.

I’m looking for an algorithm that will identify the winning hand in a 7 card game of poker (eg, Texas Hold’em)

It should take an array of 7 card hands, and return the winner (or winners) and a textual representation of the hand (eg, “Two pair, 3′s and 2′s”).

This should be really simple for somoene who knows what they are doing.

I am not building a poker bot or high-speed evaluator, so it does not need to be able to calculate millions of hands per second, but it should not be slow at all.

The code needs to be implemented into a VB.net project, so preferrably a VB.net class, or a compatible DLL file in any other language.

The hands are in an array, each containing 7 items (a card)
The cards are valued 0 to 51 (13 cards in each suit, zero start)

This needs to be done ASAP, and as I said, for someone who has experience (and has either built, or knows a good algorithm) then it is an easy job.

There are plenty of open source texas holdem games out there, but I don’t have the time at the minute to study and convert their hand evaluation procedures to the format I need.

I will provde the winning bidder with a simple VB.net application that will come up with 6 random hands in the format which I use, and your code must provide the winners and the text.

I have already created a KMZ file with a Google Earth Pro evaluation version. I have recorded a fly-through video of a path which is exactly what I want. I need someone with a valid Google Earth Pro license to re-record the video with a valid, licensed copy of Google Earth Pro so it won’t have the ‘Trial’ text overlay on the video.

The KMZ file is about 20 KB and if you PMB me, I will send you a copy for evaluation. The example video I want to re-record is 718 MB, so if someone will recommend a good secure file sharing site with password protection, I will post that for everyone’s evaluation also.

I want to re-create the video the same as the trial one I created. It is in PAL resolution, 8:16 long and 718 MB. My trial is expired so you will need to look at the trial video and try to find the right video rendering settings to re-create it.

You must have a valid license as this will be distributed to the public. Your computer should be able to render the video without problems.

If this comes out fine, I might want to throw in a bonus project of recording it in a format which will be easier to post on a website.
