I need a custom real estate template-nothing from a template site or that you’ve already sold. It has to be unique. It needs to only be one page.
A mockup is requested and mandatory. The bidder with the best design will win. I may request additional changes to the mockup and will pay for those changes, depending on how small they are, so you need to make sure that you will be available for the next 18 hours to make changes to the template.
100% escrow provided if you request it in your bid. I won’t consider any bid without a mockup. Do not overbid. $40 is the budget and we won’t go over it.

I need a unique real estate template. It needs to be lean more towards the construction industry, but still look fancy, like a real estate or hotel site. I’m looking for burgundy, cream, or brown colors. I need this within 18 hours. Low bids do have priority, but quality is still expected.
