I want a customizable web site built. The site will be IDX compatible

I need a membership site built for real estate agents. So there are two primary components:

1.) Membership software to handle sign-ups, logins, passwords – I’ll probably go with aMember unless there is something better. Will need integration with phpBB (done through a module).

2.) Agent listing section. Once agents sign up for membership, an account is created domain.com/whatever/. They have access to the forum and can add as many listings as they want. It will need a search function, photo gallery, and all of the basic functions that most sites have.

Pretty much a clone of the functions http://www.luxury homes.com/

Use the above site in structure to come up with your price. I don’t need ANY graphics or CSS done. I will provide all of that. I just need a structure and the ability to manage the users.

I won’t be starting this site for a few weeks. So keep that in mind when bidding. If you have something similar already built, let me see it. Thanks!

I need a programmer to create a lead capture and management real estate website. My market is very competitive. Therefore, I need a site that stands out and provides the visitor a user-friendly resourceful experience. Currently, I subscribe to point 2 agent professional ($600 per year) but I own the domain name and host it with hostgator. The programmer also needs to cleverly blend affiliate marketing. In summary, the primary goals of the website will be to capture leads for my real estate deals and to generate income from targeted affiliate marketing. A good model website is www.realtor.com although that may be a few projects (phases) away. One of the things that I do not like about my point2agent subscription is that I would have to pay $120/mth just to add affiliates to my website. To limit downtime, the programmer needs to design the website on their own network and transfer it to my domain upon project completion and payment. Also, this site needs to be expandable where I can add other agents later. I am also a member of zillow.com which affords me the use of some of their widgets. Only serious programmers with examples of real estate sites that they have designed should apply.
