Add Entry Forms For Joomla

I need to add 10 customized entry forms to sobi2 in Joomla to add listings to sobi2. The forms must have custom field types and the category chooser must show as a dropdown instead of the tree structure that is used. Also, the form needs to be able to load faster in the browser.

I also want to link certain categories together so if a person posts to one category an entry, the entry is automatically submitted into the other category.
