We are seeking a person that has knowledge of PhP coding as well as webdesign. We have to enhance our website with a different script. The Script must be installed and the old one removed. Thus activating the site to function with the new Script. When completed the Script will enable all function to work properly. Project In Entertainment Industry

June 3rd, 2011 Comments off

For a project in the entertainment industry I am looking for a programmer that can:

- Develop a member-system (Register, Log in, PM, Profile et cetera)
- A Forum (user interaction will NOT be limited to the forums)
- A database with advanced search

These are the three main parts of the website but they are all very detailed.

Members can add content (in the form of reviews) to the database.
Members can gain privileges by adding content (e.g. If you add X reviews you are granted rank Y in the form of a title, “unlocked” avatar and greater inbox capacity).
Members can rate reviews and vote on polls.

Administrators have to approve content in order to be added to the database to prevent spam.

This is pretty much the core of the website and all templates needed are finished.

Please provide examples of your work from which I can deduce your coding capabilities.

Thank you for reading.

Research The Web For Celebrity & Entertainment News Sources

May 29th, 2011 Comments off

This is a research project to search the web and make a list of important and interesting sources of celebrity and entertainment news. Examples include celebrity blogs, movie or cinema box office $’s or rankings, celebrities’ baby’s pictures, facebook pages & twitter hash tags related to celebrity and entertainment news. The list should be provided to me on an excel spreadsheet with name of site, url, rss feed. Example: cnn.com is a news source, I don’t want that url. Instead I want the URL for CNN’s Entertainment Page which is http://www.cnn.com/SHOWBIZ/. Any creative ideas on this project are appreciated. English language sites.

Entertainment Auction Site

January 20th, 2010 Comments off

Hi,

I am looking to have a basic entertainment auction site built, the site will draw most of its features from bigdeal.com so please take a moment to check out that site.

This site will have the basic look and feel of the auction part of bigdeal.com while cutting out a lot of their extra features like loyalty bucks program, buy it now functionality, and live tracking of bids at the bottom of the auction page.

So our site will be a basic entertainment auction site where the user buys (or earns) bids and uses those bids to purchase items at the auctions on our site.

Each auction will start at $0.01 and run for 24 hours, each bid will add $0.01 to the price of the auction and 10 minutes to the duration, this will last until the final minute of the auction when each bid will set the clock back to 1 minute remaining. (You can see this is a slightly modified way of how things work on BigDeal)

When an auction ends the winner will be emailed and asked to make a payment through PayPal for the winning amount, this will need to be tracked in an admin panel so we know what items to send out.

The users will have 2 ways to get bids to use at our auctions, they can make a payment for various bid packages through PayPal and they will be credited to their account, or they can fill out offers from CPALead.com to earn bids. (CPALead has a postback function that will be used to let our system know how much to credit a users account for and you will be provided with all of the documentation on this).

The system won’t need to support many auctions in the beginning as this current build is going to be used to get us off the ground and test the concept, if it works then we will work with you to build out a more complete platform with many more features, this is just the bare bones to prove the concept.

Design will be provided in CSS/HTML form for you to integrate your code into near the end of the project.

If you have any questions please let me know and I will do my best to answer them.

Thanks

I would like to purchase a Penny Auction Software like SWOOPO.COM Complete with CMS (Content Management System) and checkout. I would also like it to have the following additional features…

3. I would also like a “PRIVATE LISTINGS” section to be created, so that our REGISTERED USERS are able to list their own merchandise for sale in exactly the same way the auction site owners list their merchandise. All private listing users will be charged a nominal amount per bid on their item. So similar to swoopo.com bids are purchased for .60 cents when REGISTERED USERS sell their items they collect .50 cents per bid and the addition .10 cents goes to site for listing product.

For security purposes, all funds generated from private listings, must be first processed, received and held by the auction site until the purchaser of the privately listed merchandise receives their purchase. Once the sale is finalized then the auction will distribute the funds from the sale to the seller.
Please quote a NO LATER THAN completion date and price for this project.

June 11th, 2009 Comments off

HELLO EVERYONE,
I wish to have you design my music/film website. The project will be very interactive, new singers/new film producers should be able to register and open thier own pages on the site. Most content of the site will be provided by us, in word document. We have similar sites existing and can be clone if the chosen programmer wishes.
The project is to help new upcoming musicians/film makers to show case thier works and market it to the world, complete with e-commerce
I will pay thru scriptlance payment method, via paypal, promptly.
Please consider my budget of $200.
I appreciate your reading this project and looking forward to working with you.

Shon Hunter Entertainment www.shonhunter.com website is to find & promote independent artist. We find unsigned music artist and take them on road tour. We basically give an artist with talent a chance to make a living without depending on selling drugs to survive or wait for some big recording label sign them to a deal. We pay these artist 20% of gross nightly door sales as payment and offer them recording time. We book clubs and put on small concerts nationwide. This site should have a backoffice where Artist can upload photos and a couple of their best demo songs and request for us to contact them. Club owners should be able to contact us if they would like to have us book and promote a show at their club. This site will attract independent club promoters who can choose to come under one network to qualify for discount advertising with radio and tv. The backoffice data will be used to sendout mailings and so forth. Only bid on this project if you have a creative mind to add your imput to make this a reality. This site should be approximately 7-10 pages plus the backoffice and logo design.

looking for someone to build a penny auction site like bidstick. I am not interested in a swoopo program. You will need to set up server and install, test, and give support once the site is live. I need this done ASAP. No longer than one week.

recently purchased a business with a web site and would like it replaced with something better. Ideally a site template picking up the current information but in a content management format so it can be edited. current site is perfect-parties.com. This is a site predominately for childrens parties with jumping castles and characters but needs to appeal to the corporate market as well for event management. Like a clean neat site, current site needs to be dramatically edited. New logo is attached
