I have a form that I have designed that requires coding to work in wordpress.

I have a Joomla 1.5 site with RS Form Pro setup to process enquiries and send email notifications to the admin & user. This is working fine but we need an additional parameter added to the admin email so we can identify the original source of the enquiry (i.e. where they were before they hit the site)

I need to be able to add a line to the admin emails to automatically add the original source of the enquiry (e.g. Adwords/Email Newsletter/Search/Referring URL) so we need to add some code to the template so on the first visit some sort of cookie is set and when the rsform submits it adds that additional field to the admin email. If its easier we can just add the original referring URL which we can capture on the first page visit, if there is any other method im open to ideas.

We can tag all links on email newsletters with UTM_Source=Email parameter so that should be trackable, adwords obviously has its own URL params passed to the site so hopefully that is trackable too.

I have a template flash xml site (templatemonster) and need an enquiry form adding to the contact page. Enquiry form will have 6 fields – name, company name, address, telephone, email, enquiry. Mandatory fields being ‘name’ and ‘email’. Form to return information to two email addresses.
