German To English Cms Change

i have acquired a professional esport cms, it looks amazing and the backend is very nice with nice features, the problem is that the cms is in german and unreadable to me since me and my team only speak english, i would like to have the sql database file converted to english so its readable, i am including screenshots of the admin backend as well as the sql file
