Need over 25 .edu links for my education related site.

Links should be generated only through submission to quality (pr5+) .edu sites with appropriate anchor text

Important Notes:
1. Links must be permanent.
2. None of the links should be through paid submission.
3. One link per site.
4. Link Page should be index by major search engines
5. All links should be do follow
6. Only .edu links will be accepted
