Php Email Issue

Hello, thank you for your interest in my project.

I have a PHP email issue, where the form is not emailing the information properly. It includes basic information such as name, phone number, email address, home address, etc..

It was working fine for a while but is not working now. If you’re interested, please let me know how much it will cost to fix the issue, and I need assurance that this issue will not happen again.

Attached is the code for the PHP.

Form Email Issue

Hello,

We recently upgraded to a Microsoft Exchange Email server and a form that we have on our site is no longer properly sending the form request to the appropriate receipt email. The form appears not to be accessing the mail server possibly when sending form request.

The form is located at: http://www.elikaassociates.com/custom_search

We need to fix this asap and we also have another 2 forms that might need same fixing if fix cannot be universal.

When sending email to Clients. Subject line shows up,, but the body of the email is blank. Need fixed to where email sends entire message
