I need something that captures peoples email addresses on the website. I would like something javascript that pops up when you visit the site and have it remotely save to a database or emails me. Need something that will catch peoples attention when they visit the site.

I have a website for my counseling practice that has the template completed already (http://www.laynestoops.com/contact.html.) I just want a script written to capture their information asked for in the template and redirected to a thankyou.html page. This is a simple project for someone who knows how to use either iFrames or email scripts.

-auto-responder integration

-script development to capture emails and send to my business account.

The Email Capture form has two inputs Name and Email and then there is a Submit button

I need the coding to create this sequence:
On clicking Submit
1 the two inputs are validated with js and php

I would like to capture the name and email address of people visiting my website. foreveryoungsculptures.com

They won’t be able to go beyond the index page unless they enter their name and email.

I want to store this info so I know who has entered the site and so I can send them emails later on. This could be as simple as the form sending me the info by email. Or another solution you may have saving to a database form.
