Features to include:

1. Pick from photos already on users phone or let user take new picture.
2. Once selected picture is chosen or taken let user choose options to edit image.
3. Edit image with a selection of effects, for example the ‘liquify’ effects from photoshop. As well as the usual effects such as changing image to black and white, sepia etc. To be able to alter contrast, saturation. Also to be able to crop the image.
4. Give the user a special feature to be able to ‘draw’ onto the image.
5. To allow user to select a number of picture frames for the image.
6. ‘New’ feature to include user ability to merge pictures together to create a montage of pictures from users gallery.
7. User can save newly created image.
8. Supply a few pictures already within the app for the user to test and experiment on.
9. User can connect, upload and share with facebook, flickr, imgur, photobucket using the relevant API’s, also share by usual sms and email.

This app is supposed to be fun for the user so needs to reflect this in the design of the application.

**Important**
We shall require the app to be developed using eclipse. The source code (project workspace) to be sent to us on completion so we can firstly test, monetise and digitally sign it ourselves before putting the app onto the market, therefore we will also aquire all the rights the app and code on this transfer. If we are unhappy with the end result or need to make some alterations then this needs to be included in the bid price.

May consider doing an iphone version as well on the success of the android version.

I recently purchased an after effects file. working with instructions that came with the file I was not quite able to edit the file like I wanted to. I don’t have time to mess with it; I would just rather pay someone to do the edits for me.

It is a 30 seconds long, with five differt screens (file) All that need to be edited is the text.

We are looking for someone who can create us a script/program that runs on linux as a cron that takes several images and create a simple pan-zoom video that we can then submit to youtube.com.

The images names are read from a mysql database. They exist in the local file system. The program/script will take this information and create a 1-2 min video with pan and zoom effects and background music.

The first frame of the video will include contact information of the video stay in frame for 2-3 seconds and then begin the video sequence with all the images. Maximum 32 images in each video. The first image can be created with imagemagick or similar technologies.
