Get a Freelance Job

I am looking for the creation of three graphics to advertise three separate web pages.
They graphics should have an eye catching image or background, and a catchy slogan or phrase based on the site content which would encourage the view to click, these banners will be used as advertisements. The intention of the ads is to be attention grabbing and eye catching.

I want an experienced and competent marketer to help me promote:

Through this campaign i wish to greatly increase targeted traffic to both the free site and the product page, generating many new leads and sales.

Ideally I want someone who understands the world of hypnosis, it is essential that i get a human doing this, i do not want this to be just data plugged into a machine, although some automation is permitted.
