I am running Photobucket 1.7.2 on my website however the Editor’s Pick player on the home page is not working. When the admin chooses videos as “Editor’s Pick” they supposed to be added to a video roll and play at random in the home page but this isn’t working.

YOU MUST KNOW JAVASCRIPT TO BID ONT HIS PROJECT and know how to configure a video player. If you can fix the current player that would be great but you can also switch out player for another as long as it’s not JWPlayer because I don’t like the skin.

Please see attached image to see where the player is located on the website.

Php Experts For Wp Link Script

I know this is not something you do in 10 minutes. I need a PHP expert or a company with qualified people for this.

I need a WP plugin that will act as a link directory script sort of like Reciprocal Manager, IndexU, Gossamer Links (previously Links SQL), etc. This should be built as a WordPress plugin but it should be possible to always upgrade WordPress to the latest version. When upgrading the plugins still have to work. It should use the default WP user registration system.

I need Users and User registration but it should use the default already in WP. Users can add links, view links belonging to that user, edit links and remove links. Users can also add other stuff (scripts, news, products, etc.) but this is for later. Links are added into a queue first and have to be approved before showing up in the directory.

It should be possible to add a link (free of charge) and to select Express Inclusion (payable, sort of like Yahoo). It should be possible to select to make a link a Sponsored Listing (optional). I also require the necessary Email notifications. If you want to edit a link, you have to send a confirmation by email to validate the request. There will be more services which we will try to sell such as Extra Large Listing, Listing of the Week, etc.). The idea is to make money here!

I also need Editors. The entire idea of the link directory should be based on editors. An editor is someone who can register, approve, deny, and delete links. A user can add, edit, view and delete only his own links. An editor can add, edit, view and delete links belonging to other users. But editors can do much more. An editor will have to approve or deny links that were submitted by the users. Editors will get paid for approving or denying links.

I need logging so that an admin or an editor can see what happened to a link and when. There should be some kind of dispute resolution: when a link owner submits a site and it is not approved fast enough, or it is not approved at all, or it is approved but in a wrong category, or the description is wrong, etc. It should be possible for a link owner to start a dispute case but he has to pay for it.

I need some stats like check how many links per day, month and year an editor has approved. An editor will get paid for approving or denying links. There has to be an easy and uniform way to check what editors did and pay them. I need some kind of time tracking to check productivity: how long it takes to approve 1 link?

I need a simple Affiliates system so that a user or an editor can just link to my site or to a category and if someone signs up they will earn money when someone buys (e.g. Express Inclusion, Sponsored Listing, etc.).

Joomlaleague

I am running the JoomLeague plugin (v 0.93b) on a site running Joomla (v 1.5) in legacy. I need some changes made to the JoomLeague plugin so that it does what I need. These changes specifically are:

Permissions…. the JoomLeague software allows you to name one Administrator and one Editor per project. The Administrator enters through the Joomla backend then navigates through to the JoomLeague plug in where he can do whatever he wants. This can stay as it is because I don’t want to appoint Administrators anyway that have access to all the site features.

Editors enter through the front end. When they are logged in to the site they have an icon they can click on which lets them input results from fixtures that are already entered. The problem is that that is all they can do… enter results. They cannot edit or add new fixtures.

So what needs changing….
1. we need to be able to appoint multiple editors to each project, not just the one.
2. those editors need to be able to add and amend fixtures (in case of postponements) and not just enter results (for example events or substititions). They need to be able to do this through the front end link that already exists when they are logged in without going through the Joomla backend.
3. if it’s possible the super administrator can see which editors makes the results or events.

Small Drupal Customization

I have a Drupal 6 installation and I have set up multiple roles which have editing privileges.

I have everything configured the way I want and everything is working very well except that I only want the “Manager” role to be able to edit the taxonomy when editing a revision. For all other roles, I want to make the Taxonomy selection read only. Here’s a screenshot:

The “Authorized Editors” is a taxonomy term.

If the logged in user has the role of “Manager” or is the site administrator, they should be able to select multiple authorized editors. Otherwise, if the current user has the ability to edit the page, they should not be able to change the authorized editors taxonomy selection.

Please specify if you will hard-code the fix or if it will have a permissions setting in the user permissions admin area. I prefer a permissions setting so I can allow or disallow the ability to change authorized editors as needed.

Also specify if you will block all taxonomy changes or just the “authorized editors” taxonomy.

I need to get this done ASAP. Please specify when you can have it done.

I will need for you to create this fix on your server then send me the files and/or instructions. No FTP or Drupal admin access will be given on this project.

Drupal Expert – Module Config

The end client took a long time to decide on the project requirements so the previous posting got cancelled and some changes have been made to the specifications. I am ready to proceed with this project now. To everyone who posted a bid before, I am sorry for the delay and please feel free to post an updated bid here.

Overview:

I need to add certain functionality to a base Drupal installation. This can be done with module installation, configuration and customization. I do NOT need you to build an entire website – I need to configure the needed functionality in Drupal upon which a website can later be built.

I do NOT need any template/theme customization, and no real content will be required other than test content to verify functionality of modules.
Drupal 6.7 or later will already be installed for you with the default setup and the admin module installed:

as well as the TinyMCE editor which I have tested and works well.
I will provide FTP access, cPanel access, and the Drupal admin login.

I need you to determine which modules to use, install them, configure them and prove that the specified functionality has been acheived, and then explain to me exactly what was done in a step-by-step manner so I can replicate it later. I will need to be able re-create the installation later on a different server (same specs).

User Types:
There needs to be two types of users added. Content Managers and Content Editors. It should be possible to have multiple users of both types.

Demo Preparation:
To create a realistic testing environment, several levels of content pages (fake content) should be created. There sould be several main website sections, each having multiple sub-sections and pages. The content should be 3 levels deep.

Desired Functionality:
I need for the Content Managers to be able to assign content editing and adding priviledges to Content Editors. They should be able to assign content by specific pages, sections of the website, or types of pages based on taxonomy. There should be multiple ‘editors’ possible for any particular page. The exact method for assigning content is open for discussion, but I would like to be clear on the process prior to awarding this project. The managers should also be able to create a ‘placeholder’ page which is unpublished and assign it to an editor for editing.

The editors need to be able to edit their assigned content and submit it for approval. The existing version of the content should always remain published until a manager can review the new content and approve, edit, or reject with comments. If assigned a certain section or type of content, editors should be able to add new pages which are not published until approved by a manager. If a page is rejected, the editor should be notified and they should be able to log in and see the page with the manager’s comments. They should be able to continue editing and resumbit for approval again.

To keep everything organized, each manager and editor should have a place they can view their ‘to-do’ list. From what I understand, this can be accomplished with views, but I could be wrong. Any time an item is added to the user’s to-do list, they should also be notified by email if specified in their profile. It should be very easy for the editors and managers to understand what they can edit, any items waiting for them to edit or approve, and any rejected submissions.

The managers should be able to pull up a list of all content waiting to be approved, and view, approve or reject the changes with comments.
They should also be able to mark any page as needing editing and add comments. Once a page is marked as needing changes, all editors with permission to edit that page should be notified by email and in their ‘to do’ list.
The editors should be able to pull up a list of content they are responsible for editing, and see any edits which have been rejected by an admin.

It is important that once a revision is approved, any futher changes by the editor still require admin approval. The modules I found didn’t work this way. It is also important that new content pages can be created by the designated users of that section but not published until manager approval. This functionality is critical.

Please only bid on this project if you have read the requirements thoroughly and have a clear plan to implement each requirement. For this project, I want to work with someone with a solid understanding of Drupal and good feedback. Please provide links to drupal sites you have created.

Timeframe: This needs to be completed, submitted and replication instructions sent within 2 weeks of being awarded the project. If you will require more time, please specify how long in your bid.

This will be considered a work for hire and all rights to the code created will be retained by the end client.

Communication: The selected programmer shall communicate with me only by email (preferably) or the PMB. No contact will be made with the end client.

Payment: I will escrow 2 payments, each for 50% of the bid amount. The first payment will be released after 7 days and after installing the specified modules (base installation minimum). The second payment will be released after 14 days and after delivery of all required parts to my satisfaction.
