Fmyscript And Adsense

I need to somehow create a page and post a small script for Google Adsense to accept my website. I know a lot about how to use computers, but I am 100% in the dark when it comes to editing and coding. I tried messing around with it myself, but have been unable to get anywhere even after i have created the page google will not recognize it.
I also need some help with a few tiny things in the script as far as wording for posts in the rating system, pre typed text in the comment box as well as comment box instructions.
