I would like to have a form edited so that it is fully functional, transportable, and can be located wherever I want on a page.
The present form was created in Front page with a layer that has the subscription form embedded in the layer. This form tends to move all around the page and is not stable across browsers. I want the background of the form and the subscription part to all act as one form so it can be easily placed where I want it.

I need two forms completed. The forms are already in place and complete they just have no functionality. The first form is a simple login form…it needs to function for a single user login. The site has no database. The second form is to edit settings within the site.
