Need To Edit Flash File

I have a Flash Header which has a navigation menu a couple of images, some text and a contact form.

What I need:

1. fix issue with transparency of flash file.

2. place some chat icons and a link

3. Finish contact form.

I need this done right away, should not take more than two hours for someone that knows how to work in flash.

This flash was started by a flash guy but never finished, please only serious flash programmer this time.

Change to navigational bar (move menu items around)
Add two pages

-Put background video on a continuous loop.
-Slow down transition speed on the slideshow. (Need each set of images to stay displayed just a little longer).
