Quick/easy Header & Footer

I have wordpress installed here http://www.psychtrader.com and need to have an html version of the header and footer.

I’m using amember and it requires a header/footer in html. I’d like to keep the sidebar, etc. as is with the site. I’ve had this done before and it didn’t take much. In fact, with my little knowledge, here’s where I am so far, but stuck http://www.psychtrader.com/members/login.php

Perhaps i’m missing a <div> somewhere or something very simple.

Easy Header Design

I have several niche sites about exercise and working out. I need a unique header that I can use for the sites. I can add the site names. The header size is 960px by 160px. The colors are shades of blue with primary hex code being #1874CD. Please provide examples of your work. I’ll show the sites to the chosen programmer.

Easy Header Design

Hi,

I need a header designed in colour. The dimensions are 980px X 165px

The theme is website traffic. The text I’d like on it is ‘Website Traffic Overdrive’ with the tagline ‘…Becuase Traffic Matters!’
