Further we would require A CUSTOM STANDALONE WEBCAM. You can PICK THE OPEN SOURCE, MAKING CHANGES< CUSTOMIZATIONS, RE-WRITES on CODES, etc. UPTO YOU. BUT NET RESULT< we need the FEATURES LISTED for the most part. IF YOU FIND ONE THAT DOES ALL THIS WITH A SMALL PURCHASE PRICE, FINE< WE MAY EVEN ACCEPT THIS. We are seriously courting Webgui open source software as our root CMS framework. WE will be doing a SWITCH OVER FROM OUR CURRENT PHP CMS system.

We come with some PHP based softwares that are used for Ecom and Social networking stuff, but will need to integrate these AND make them work with the Webgui CMS. SO PLEASE study WEBGUI before responding. I looked into Liferay, but after further research have considered using Webgui Perl based CMS. KEY is for it to work with out XCART and other SOFTWARES an in integrated and single signer FASHION, so that users are not forced to create multiple USERNAMES for each SOFTWARE (like ECOM, CMS itself and social networking software).

We need programmer who can program in Perl, for our website. We wish to have the contents of our website imported, along with all forms, etc to the new CMS of Webgui. ALL contents and information will be provided with additional details once you are sure that you wish to work with us.

Webgui is a robust CMS and is being used by various US Govt agencies. We like it because of its ability to offer various security features. It will replace our current PHP based CUSTOM CMS.

We also wish to have a Webcam software that can synch up with the Database, for users of our website.

I am looking for a joomla professional that can fix and add a few things to my website.

1. For the photo gallery. Right now the photo gallery is hard coded into the site.What I would like is to have it as a component or a module. I now there are several options for this from looking on the joomla website. I would like for you to give me like 3 options of the different components or modules that would work for this. And then I would pick the one I like.

Here is a little break down of what the photo gallery does. the users can upload pictures into there accounts on 123file dot net then from there they can transfer there photos into different gallery’s that they make for them. Then they can email links of there gallery’s to friends and family members. Then they can also edit there photos with FotoFlexer witch is already implemented on the site.

One problem I am having is when you put a photo into the photo gallery and then edit with the FotoFlexer and then re save it back to 123file the photo gallery won’t display the edited photo.

I would like to use a module called Power slide Pro for the photo gallery. I have already purchased it.

2. FotoFlexer is already implemented into the site but needs to be checked to make sure it is right.

3.In the user manager of joomla I need to be able to edit each persons account. What I mean by this is.when I make the different accounts for the site it puts either some check box’s so I can manual upgrade each user to the next level if I choose to with out having to have them go through the process of going through the subscription service. I will want to be able to edit the bandwidth and disk space of each individual user like it is set up in the accounts manager.

4. I want to integrate Twitter into the user accounts of each user. I now there is a module or component for this on the joomla site but it needs to be for each user. I want them to be able to login into there account on twitter and receive the messages and send messages all from there accounts on 123file.net

I am going to have a lot more things I want to do to this site.
SO I am looking for a long term relationship.

I need a diary script.
The user signs up. Then he can write a diary for each day. He can also upload videos/sound files for that day. for each day there will be a link sayin: ‘uploads for this day’, but only if there is any uploads.
Each user will have there own gallery where they can upload images/videos. Each user can make a plan. They can make a plan for the week. Not for each week, but one week.
When a user writes in his diary, he can check that post for ‘public’ or ‘not public’ or ‘only friends can see this’. Each user can view the other users profile, write each other messages and add each other as friends. There will be a simple forum. Just a line of main subjects, when you click a main subject there will be a list of topics.
