I have a registration form that is controled by my admin control panel which is password protected form in my admin control panel. I need the form to be duplicated inside my control panel but I need for it to just be to submit the customer information into the database and not be linked with the payment gateway like it is now with paypal. this form would just be to admin the customer into the database. In addition I need a 2nd username and password created so i can give it to our employees and with that username and password she could only access the form and the registered users history and nothing else. this must be completed within 3 days of acceptance or a refund will be provided.

I will also need the site to be slightly redesigned so it looks different. It will have a slightly different look, colours, fonts, texts, graphics etc.

I need help with the attached spreadsheet.

As you can see there are various account numbers in column A. The total dollars for each order is in column Q. All the columns in between can be different, even for the same account. I was:

A) Wanting to count the actual number of unique account # (avoiding duplicate numbers) in column A

B) Whenever an account # is duplicated the spreadsheet would automatically add the dollars from the existing duplicates with that account # and place in a new inserted column

So here’s what I need:

1)I need the data that they fill out on the details form (http://quotes.brackenwood.com) to be sent to my database, and not to the original website’s.

2)I need the calculators that appears after you fill in your details (http://quotes.brackenwood.com/Instructions.php) duplicated.

The new calculators will preferably work independently of the original website, without using dynamic data fetching from the original website.

However, if there is no way to do this, please let me know.

Also…if you need the matrix of figures that the calculator uses to make its calculations, I can provide it. But if you can do the duplication without the matrix, then that is even better.

Please let me know if you will require this matrix… and if you can make the calculator work without any dynamic help from the original website.

I have a non profit organization i am going to start hosting thier site for free and I need some one to create / duplicate the best you can exact would be ok A website template must be in .psd and htm for me to edit later with thier information.
