I’m wiling to pay $90-140 for this work. It must be done in 15 days or less. My client is going to purchase a drupal, joomla, or wordpress template for her site. This template will need to be installed and the look will need to be modified anyway she wants for her property type site. You will also need to plugin this broker software. That company says you can just plug in the code anywhere.

I am looking for eLearning education portal where tutors from different specialities can join in and provide a one stop shop for online training and tutions. The audience of the portal will be from K-12 students to the professionals who want to enhance the skills for a carrier change. So to create a look for the website is a challenge because it will compete with the websites which are dedicated for k-12 students and similar other themes.

You can give a solutions either using Moodle or ATutor , drupal, joomla, wordpress or any quality elearning cms.

Candidates will be given preferences if they already experienced building eLearning portal.

We are a British-based non-profit organisation looking to set up a YouTube clone. It will essentially be CMS enhanced with live and VOD video streaming, multimedia file publishing and sharing in Linux Ubuntu environment.

We are seeking someone with experience in streaming servers like Red5 QTSS or DSS, CMS particularly EZ Publish, Drupal, Plone and Plumi. Or perhaps anyone could install the video streaming plug-ins for Drupal, Joomla or set it up in PhpMotion which is capable of live and on demand streaming.

Site Requirements:

We have a client who needs a Drupal (or Joomla) web site developed which may have ecommerce in the future. We want this client to have full access to the CMS, whichever one you use.

This project will include a custom template designed and list products as well as several informational web pages.

All custom templates must include tableless CSS. Flash banners and intros are ok.

Brief:

A very simple feeling site which allows you to post Bills you have (ie Electricity Bill, Gas Bill, Car Repayments, etc.), the amount of the bill in $, When it is due and the payment details (ie Biller Code & Account Number) which is only provided to someone once they choose to pay $X of your bill.

It is not to make money however just for people to help eachother out with bills. When you post a bill it will also show your account profile, which shows:

2.) How I will pay it forward if you help me out? (IE. If you pay $x of my bill, I will in 2 weeks time pay $x of your bills you post).

3.) All my bills have posted.

4.) All the verified bills I have paid.

To do this it needs a very simple user management script (suggesting Drupal / Joomla) and a nice looking web 2.0 style layout.

Their intention is to launch http://www.eulance.com later this year as the European focused equivalent of sites like Scriptlance, Elance etc.

What will differentiate EULance from its competitors?

(A) the site will be multi-language, multi-currency, and will respect all major country-specific metrics

(B) an emphasis will be placed on providing a freelancer and client supportive, content rich site, country by country, language by language, and

(C) language specific forums and user-group participation will be encouraged to develop a supported and informed on-line community.

Due to the nature of the project, it is assumed that Drupal, Joomla or one of the other major PHP-based Open Source CMS projects will provide the basic platform, together with available templates, plug-ins and tailored applications, so easing development budgets and timescale.

Choice of final platform will be very much influenced by the Developer chosen to implement the project.

In the first instance, we would be interested to receive basic proposals based not only on experience, technical ability, timescale and cost, but also identifying empathy with the necessary look and feel.

After all, it is going to be a site that has to appeal to and work in many different national arenas, so a myopic Developer from Podunk without the necessary European friendly skill-set and aptitude, no matter how technically outstanding, just will not work.
