I am looking for a marketplace script where sellers can sell their study notes. Buyers will be able to bid on notes and buy the rights of it.

The seller must be able to upload a sample of their notes which seller can use it as a judgement if they want to buy it or not. The uploaded notes will automatically be converted into a PDF file or something that will be shown in the description.

The website will have different categories, such as: science, math, English, etc. that buyers can choose from. An affiliate section where webmasters can make money off the site is preferred too.

Payment is done through paypal. I will be making 10% of every sale.

I also need some security measures so that people won’t use it to scam. Perhaps when the buyer pays, they pay it into my paypal and then I send 90% of it to the seller after confirming the notes are real.

I have three small PDF files that I need uploaded to 18 document sharing sites. Will provide a list of sites (sites like Scribd, doctoshare, etc.). We regularly send proposals to customers (50-150 pages) and are looking for someone to take our standard proposals, which include pictures, text, tables, etc., and enhance the document by adding header and footer graphics, enhancing the tables, and making the document unique for the intended recipient.

We normally send 3-4 of these documents a month, but for now I’m looking for pricing for one 10-page document to prove that you have the required imagination and technical skills.

All documents will be provided in Word and must be returned the same.

Ideally you should provide examples of word documents you have improved and enhanced in the past (i.e. a before and after example would be ideal).

I would like to create a PHP web application using Zend Framework & Zend_PDF library. The application should be able to perform the following.

1. Simple User Registration (will be on xxx.website.com, for example)
2. Login, Session, Logout (will be on xxmembers.website.com, for example)
3. Membership Area after Login (3 column page)
4. User can upload document(s) in microsft office (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .rtf, .txt), PDF format.
5. If the uploaded document is not in PDF format, then the document should be converted to PDF format. The document will be uploaded to the database.
6. After the document is uploaded, it should be displayed to the user (in middle column) with thumbnails on right column
7. The user should be able to click any thumbnail and go to that page immediately.
8. A toolbar should be displayed on top which will have the following options
a. Zoomin
b. Zoomout
c. Zoom with %
d. Add Comment – The comment will be added to the document & also added as a record in database.
e. Highlight text
f. Save document
9. The user should be able to save the document (which will save in the database).
10. In Membership Area, the user can see the list of documents uploaded as a table with

d. Export
11. Clicking on any document in this table, should open the document and allow the user to perform steps 7-9.
12. Clicking Export should send the document to user to save it on disk.

Other requirements:
1. Everything should be AJAX based. So, AJAX should be integrated within Zend Framework.
2. Javascript can be used, if required.
3. Simple Tables could be used to create UI design. I would like to create professional design later.

An Application that uploads documents from a SharePoint 2007 document library to SharePoint 2010 document library, but reads information about the source documents from an EXCEL sheet.

- Underline text in PDF Documents
- Highlight items in PDF documents with different coloured markers
- Create sticky notes in PDF documents

I have PDF scanned documents which needs to be typed into ecxel format. Each PDF document can have 2 – many pages each, average of 5-7 pages. There are 12 columns and 10 colomns of each document needs to be captured. I will create a ftp account with folders. In each folder will be the excel format document and all the pdf documents for that specific folder capturing. All the pdf documents can be captured on one excel document for each folder. Please find attached the examples. Bet on 51 PDF documents which need to be captured. There will be a total of +/- 700 pdf documents in total, so the winning bidder must keep in mind that much more work will be awarded to him. I will compress the files to the smallest possible size. Keep in mind the bandwith of downloading all the PDF files.

Very simply put: I need a site produced in Joomla that has all of the functionality of http://www.crcpress.com except without the “Region” drop down menu on the top of the page. Once registered, you can define an “eAlert” list which gives you the categories of documents that you would like to be alerted to when they are added to.

ALSO: the site will be delivering digital files (PDFs, ebooks, etc.) instead of actual books and will show up in your profile once you have paid for them.

We need a backend script created in php/mysql that will manage uploaded documents. This will be used privately.

- role based admin. You as master admin set up users with
different permissions. You can set up reviewers and admins within
a client

- client admin can post reports and assign to reviewers or you as
admin can do the same

- users must login with email(username) and passcode

- documents can only be viewed if assigned to a group and users
are assigned to groups and can only see those documents they have
permission to view

- if documents are in PDF you can lock them down when you create
them before they are uploaded and you can add addition password
